The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 70 m² house for rent in Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière, about 1.5 km from the sea, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It has a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a Jacuzzi spa (booking required). You'll also enjoy a 50 m² garden! Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with a double sofa bed, dining area, TV...
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, pancake maker, sandwich maker, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Jacuzzi spa (extra charge, booking required)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, high chair, baby bath (on request), barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 50 m² enclosed private garden, not overlooked, with barbecue, sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather.
(The outside is currently undergoing work, which will be completed by the end of December at the latest).

The house is brand new and ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Free WiFi available (high-powered internet connection: Starlink)
- Pets are welcome free of charge, provided the accommodation is left clean. Only one pet per stay.
- The jacuzzi must be booked with the owner: €50/hour, daily rate or unlimited access possible.
- A cot, high chair and baby bath are available on request. Please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge can be paid to our local service provider).
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Electric vehicle recharging is permitted, but is subject to an additional charge, payable on site.
