The house has beautiful outdoor spaces with a courtyard set up for outdoor dining as well as two terraces with garden furniture, front and back, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The interior offers a bright and friendly living room, including a fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, dishwasher, American fridge, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine...), a living room with flat screen TV and a dining area opening onto the terrace thanks to a large bay window.PGJyPg�PGJyPgThe house can accommodate up to 6 people and guarantees excellent comfort with two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. One has a double bed, the other a double bed and bunk beds. A separate toilet completes the layout.

For your convenience, free parking is available in front of the house all year round. A laundry room and barbecue facilities are also available, to be shared with the neighbouring house. Local markets are held twice a week and many activities can be reached on foot or by bike.
