This studio is very functional and well-equipped. It enjoys direct access to the beach (sailing school and children's beach club at the foot of the building) and is close to the golf course, thalassotherapy center, and amenities.

Free public parking is available near the residence. The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
