It is situated on the first floor of a family home that was fully renovated in 2022 (the owners' flower shop is on the ground floor). There is a private parking space in front of the house and free public parking about 700 m away.

First floor: living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, shower room, and separate WC.

Second floor: 3 bedrooms (1: double bed 140x190 cm and en-suite shower room, 2: two single beds 90x200 cm that can be joined together, 3: two single beds 90x200 cm) and a separate WC.
