'It’s was perfect for my needs'

'Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.'

'There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund.'

Something to know I never post negative reviews but I’m trying to save folks from bringing bed bugs back home with them. Do yourself a solid and do not stay here. The shower and sink were cool and modern which also were very nice and clean.I did not like the weird two sided small trashcan that stilll had trash in it in the room. I would still stay here again though. Thanks for a great stay!'
