Direct aan de rivier! Volledig ontworpen van boven naar beneden voor een vakantie-uitje. Gloednieuw verbouwen ligt direct aan de rivier de St Joseph met een extra 1/2 kavel voor kamperen en privacy. Een zeldzame en unieke betonnen Riverwalk loopt over de hele lengte van het pand, meer dan 300 voet direct aan de rivier en biedt het hele jaar door een fantastisch uitzicht! Dit is een zeer speciale en unieke eigenschap waar ik echt verliefd op ben en die ik graag met je wil delen! Open Concept Design is zeer geschikt voor entertainment. Er is een enorme grote kamer met gewelfde plafonds en een open haard. Geweldig uitzicht op de rivier binnen en buiten! Meer dan 2.300 vierkante voet afgewerkte ruimte om van te genieten. Er zijn Roku Smart-tv's in alle kamers inclusief de slaapkamers. Er is voldoende ruimte om uw boten te parkeren en aan te leggen tijdens uw verblijf. Er is een kleine bootlancering op het terrein. The property was beautiful, well appointed kitchen, very clean! A family favorite was to just watch the river go by out the beautiful windows! It soon became a favorite of our dog and grandson too! This property is close to shopping and attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood! About 20 minutes from Silver Beach County Park in Saint Joseph, a great way to spend a day!

We had a beautiful stay on the peaceful & mesmerizing river from early mornings- drinking coffee, watching the fish jump & lounging outdoors. The inside of this rambling ranch was nicely renovated & had comfort, functionality in the kitchen/baths & awesome views of the river. We especially loved sitting by the windows in the LR & watching the lazy river go by!

The property is beautiful. It was so peaceful on the lake, hearing, and watching all the little animals. Nearly everything you would need is provided. The communication from booking through our entire stay was excellent. I would stay there again.

Very relaxing and spacious home

We enjoyed our stay. Fishing off of the dock/river edge was lots of fun. Caught some catfish and watched the boats. The only issue we had was the baby items displayed online were not in condition to use. They were stored in a room in the back of the house so we had to purchase a pak and play for the baby. I don't want to give a poor review on that one issue as it only applies if you are vacationing with a baby.
