The open, modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals. The living area includes a convertible sofa that can serve as an additional bed. In the dining area, you can enjoy meals together around a large table. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a 160x200 bed and the other with two 90x190 single beds. A large dressing area on the upstairs landing provides ample storage space. Also upstairs is a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. A second toilet is located on the ground floor. Two sun loungers are also available for soaking up the sun! Additional Information The apartment is on the 2 nd floor with no elevator. Small shops (bakery, Carrefour Contact) are about 600 meters away, and the nearest supermarket is 1 kilometer away. One private outdoor parking space is available for your car. Bed linen is included for stays of 3 nights or more, with beds made upon your arrival according to the number of guests. For 2-night stays, linen is provided for 2 people only, with an option for additional sets at €18 per person. Check-ins are typically between 5 PM and 8 PM. Late arrivals until 11 PM are possible with a €40 surcharge payable on-site. No check-ins after 11 PM. A €400 deposit via pre-authorization on a credit card will be required one week before your arrival.
