– A 100 m² enclosed garden, shared with other residents, perfect for enjoying sunny days, complete with garden furniture.
– Private access to the sea via the estate’s garden.

The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. Within 200 metres, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as a newsagent’s, a bakery and cafés. There are several small supermarkets and a large Leclerc less than 10 minutes’ drive away.
The apartment is very quiet, overlooking the sea and gardens on a cul-de-sac.

Activities:
– The beach and the Rochebonne jetty, where on certain days you can also practise yoga, gymnastics and coastal walking.
– The Saint-Malo Marine Thermal Baths, a 15-minute walk along the Promenade du Sillon, or 5 minutes by bike or car.
– The Surf School, a 15-minute walk along the Promenade du Sillon, or 5 minutes by bike or car.
– The historic Intra-Muros district: a 25-minute walk or 10 minutes by bike.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the building’s private, secure car park (one private space).
The entrance to the garage is a little narrow for large vehicles, and the height is limited to 1.80 m.

In the car park, there are two anchoring points fixed to the ground for securely securing two or three bicycles.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
– Cycling: we highly recommend hiring standard or electric bikes to get around Saint-Malo; it’s a very pleasant and quick way to travel.
– Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo, approximately 3 km away.
– Nearest airport: Rennes, approximately 80 km away.

– End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the property for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
– Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
– For the well-being and peace and quiet of other residents, we kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the premises (parties are not permitted).
