This recently built, fully air-conditioned house is located in a quiet hamlet, at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is a semi-detached house, adjoining a year-round rental property, and features a private 800 m² garden. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan kitchen and living room with TV and internet access. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. (There is one step between the living room and the shower room/toilet.) A laundry area with a washing machine is located next to the kitchen. The ground floor comprises a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a large wardrobe opening onto the terrace, as well as an open-plan mezzanine bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be configured as a single bed.

The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a deck chair, and a barbecue, perfect for summer evenings.

Baby equipment, a travel cot, and a high chair are available.

Private parking is available in front of the house. North of Brantôme, "the Venice of the Périgord," near the castles of Puyguilhem and Bourdeilles, the Villars caves, and close to the castle of Jumilhac-le-Grand, we are at the gateway to the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park, which offers all sorts of activities and tours for those passionate about nature, history, and local crafts. Hiking enthusiasts will find plenty of options right here. You'll appreciate the Dronne River, a first-category fishing waterway, perfect for fishing, canoeing, and more.
