'The front desk clerk at check-in worked with me sooooo well. I had not realized that there were no stairs within this particular location and there for did not request a first floor room. She took my mobility issues into consideration as well as the needs of my traveling companion (she is disabled) and found us a first-floor room. GREAT customer service. 'Our family takes many trips and this by far was their absolute favorite. We have kids that range from 4yr-18yr and they all enjoyed the property. It is beautiful and peacful. Missy was so helpful and always fast to be of assistance. She went above and beyond. The cafe was really cool and had lots to look at. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had no need to go anywhere else on our stay. The kids were glued to the pool.and had a blast. We can't say enough about our stay and hope to return...
