A short drive to the local village which boasts a couple of popular traditional French restaurants, a bakery and grocery shop.



Getting Around:

Only 10 minutes to the larger towns of Montpon and St Foy la Grande, each offering popular markets (on Wednesday and Saturday respectively), boutiques, restaurants and bars with motorway access and a train station which provides direct trains to Bordeaux and Périgueux in Montpon



Other Things to Note:

The property is less than 10 minutes to the nearest lake, Lac de Gurson, which provides snack bars and picnic tables and a nice walking route.
