This single-storey house of 54 m², with its enclosed and secure garden of 530 m², is located 700 m from the seaside and all amenities (church, markets, delicatessen, bakery, cinema, biscuit shop, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, press, café-bar and restaurants). It has two bedrooms that can accommodate up to five people.



The rental consists of a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home: vitroceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine and Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle and a raclette appliance. The living room / dining room has a television and a fireplace with wood available.

On the sleeping side, you will enjoy a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (140x190 and 80x190). A bathroom with an Italian shower and an independent toilet complete the house.



For maximum comfort, the house also has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a garden lounge, a charcoal barbecue and some sun loungers. You can park up to three cars for free on the enclosed ground and secure your bicycles in the house's garage (up to 5 bicycles).
