Contact: "Les JOLYs clés d'Elise"<br><br>A stone's throw from a discreet beach and the village of St Marc sur Mer, this pleasant house of 70m2 has its own private terrace and trees, while being located in the garden of a beautiful 1900s villa facing the sea.<br>You can enjoy the tranquility on your 35 m2 terrace, facing south, but you can also share a common garden with the owners to enjoy a breathtaking view of the ocean. <br>THE ACCOMMODATION DOES NOT HAVE SEA VIEW.<br><br><br>This accommodation consists of:<br> - 1 large bright living room<br> -1 kitchen, fully equipped, separated from the living room by a glass roof<br> -1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 160 cm and an en-suite shower room <br> -1 second bedroom, separated from the living room by a sliding door with 2 single beds Futon type and another shower room also en-suite<br> -1 separate toilet<br> -1 private terrace of about 35m2, facing south and surrounded by a beautiful hedge for more discretion<br>Both bedrooms open onto this terrace<br>!!!!
