The Lagoon Sands Villa offers a selection of unique atmospheres and experiences: admire the sunset on the horizon while enjoying your aperitif, wake up and drift off to sleep lulled by the gentle lapping of the waves, savor delicious barbecues on the wood fire, and enjoy the shade, scents, and bird songs in the lush garden.

The villa consists of two buildings:
(1) The main house, on two levels, includes a kitchen, a spacious living room, three suites (bedroom + private bathroom), and a spacious fourth bedroom, perfect for children, but without a bathroom.
(2) The bungalow has a small kitchen and a private lounge on the ground floor, with a large suite upstairs.
All rooms offer breathtaking sea views. Three rooms also have a view of the swimming pool. The bungalow suite, in addition to the sea and pool views, overlooks the inner garden and its lush vegetation. It is especially spacious and has an extra single bed, making it ideal for couples with a child or simply for those seeking extra space.
In total, the villa provides sleeping arrangements for 8 adults (4 double beds of 160cm width), 4 children's beds (90cm beds), and 1 folding baby crib. The kitchens in both the main house and the bungalow are fully equipped.

Dubbed the "Intense Island", Réunion is brimming with outdoor activities set in fabulous landscapes: hiking, canyoning, rock climbing, paragliding, horse riding, diving, surfing, helicopter tours... the list goes on!
Ideally located on the beach, the villa is just steps from the sea and close to the center of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, the island's most sought-after seaside town. Bakeries, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. For small shopping trips, you can walk or cycle. However, it is recommended to rent a car in Réunion as public transportation is limited, and most of the island's iconic sites require a vehicle. A car rental agency is located just 2 minutes' walk from the villa.
