Our guest houses, ideally located 1 km from the Port of Perros Guirec, offer a relaxing space close to the tourist attractions of the Pink Granite Coast. Nestled in a peaceful environment, our property invites you to enjoy the calm for moments of reunion while being easily accessible to local amenities.
We offer four accommodations grouped together in the same place, which can accommodate up to 20 people, offering the comfort of the countryside close to the sea. Each accommodation has its own living space, ideal for large gatherings, whether for family reunions, holidays with friends or a seminar. In total, our rentals offer 250 m² of living space distributed as follows:
• A main house with 4 bedrooms, including a master suite on the first floor (walk-in shower, separate toilet), a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (nespresso machine). Upstairs, three bedrooms and a bathroom with WC are available. The main room can accommodate up to 20 people for meals, with a south-facing terrace for outdoor dining. A laundry room with additional chairs and tables as well as a washing machine.

• A studio equipped with a double bed (160x200), a convertible futon sofa (140x200)

• A second studio equipped with a double bed (160x200)

• A small cottage consisting of a master suite with a king-size bed (180x200) with a walk-in shower and separate toilet and a living room with a real sofa bed (140x200) that can be used as a second bedroom.

These last 3 accommodations are equipped with a TV, a kitchen (2-burner hob, filter coffee maker, fridge, microwave), a bathroom and toilet.

Wi-Fi is free and parking is available at no extra cost.
Options are also available to make your stay even more comfortable, such as the rental of bed linen (15 euros for a bed made on arrival), shower sheets (5 euros) or bath linen (15 euros), as well as a cleaning service at the end of your stay to guarantee a quiet departure. (290 euros)
The basic rate for 20 people is based on a check-in at 5 pm and a check-out at 10 am, with the possibility of extending your stay depending on the season (290 euros).
