Cocoonr agency offers this 39 m² house in Saint-Raphaël, 500 m from the beach, with swimming pool, to rent for up to 5 people. Wifi and connected TV, linen included, we're waiting for you!

It comprises a 14 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, lovely bedrooms, a bathroom (with a bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 10 m². Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The split-level flat is laid out as follows:
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: one single bed (90x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be joined to form a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with a bath

On the ground floor:
- A 14 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, fridge with freezer compartment…
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a plancha, a fan, an iron and an ironing board.

Outdoors:
- An outdoor swimming pool (unheated and shared with the residential complex), measuring 10x12 m, open from 1 June to 30 September between 9.00 am and 8.00 pm. Access is via a code and wristbands. Should these be lost, you will be responsible for the cost of replacing them.
- A private, enclosed garden of 10 m², south-facing, with sea views
- A covered terrace of 8 m², south-facing and furnished so you can make the most of sunny days

The house is ideally located in Boulouris, in the commune of Saint-Raphaël, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Hiking or mountain biking in the Massif de l'Estérel
- La Garde Vieille beach just 500 m away
- Water sports (jet skiing, buoys, parasailing, diving...)
- Kayak or paddle trips along the calanques (rocky inlets)
- Visit to the town of Saint-Raphaël
- Cannes or Nice are around 1 hour away by car
- The hinterland is also very accessible: villages such as Grasse, Fayence and Seillans are less than an hour away by car.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage (one space for a standard-sized vehicle). The residence also has free, signposted public car parks.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Boulouris sur Mer, about 3 km away, with regular trains to Cannes, Nice and Monaco.
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur airport, around 70 km away
- In high season, there are shuttle buses from Agay to Saint-Tropez.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
