Less than 10 minutes from the water sports activities at Lake Der and its many beaches, 14 km from Vitry-le-François and 28 km from Saint-Dizier—the nearest towns—you’ll stay in a quiet village in a former farmhouse that’s been completely renovated for your comfort and that of your loved ones. The cottage, which isn’t overlooked by neighbors, features an enclosed courtyard designed for relaxation, complete with a gazebo for shade. The first floor features an entryway with a laundry area, a bathroom with a toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room, which has a bay window providing direct access to the courtyard. Upstairs, a hallway leads to a bathroom with a toilet and three bedrooms: two bedrooms, each with a 160-cm double bed (one of which also has a crib), and a third bedroom with two single beds. Internet access is available in the cottage, as well as good 4G coverage. The rate includes bed linens (beds made upon arrival). The rate does not include: the mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €60; electricity, which will be billed based on meter readings taken upon your arrival and departure. Options: Bath linens (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth) can be provided upon request for €5 per person. A discount is available for tourist stays of 14 or 21 nights; please contact the reservation desk or the owner. For business travelers, a flat fee of €60 will be charged for: 1. Any stay longer than 3 weeks 2. A cleaning service during the stay 3. A linens change during the stay
