It features a 25 m² living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 2,600 m² garden. - Accessible via a wooden staircase (approx. 13 steps), an attic bedroom converted into a children's dormitory, comprising 3 single beds and 2 pull-out beds, for a total of 5 beds. This attic space also has its own shower room.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Tropez, in the heart of the 24-hectare pine forest of the Parc de la Moutte, among century-old umbrella pines, where the song of the cicadas punctuates the summer days. Nearby, you'll find all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

beach and a supervised summer swimming pool reserved for park residents. A rare, unspoilt setting between nature and the sea, where you can experience the Tropezian spirit in complete tranquillity.

- Saint-Raphaël-Valescure train station, approx. 45 km away (1 hour by car) - serves major SNCF lines (TGV, TER)
- Nice-Côte d'Azur airport, approx. 110 km (2h by car), with national and international flights
