The bright living room opens onto a large terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden. You will enjoy a private 3.75 x 8 m swimming pool with a shallow end, perfect for both children and adults.
The exterior also includes a pétanque court, a children's playhouse, and a summer bar/kitchen currently under construction, which will soon enhance the outdoor amenities for even more enjoyment. The house is fully equipped to offer you a comfortable, convenient, and hassle-free stay in a peaceful and pleasant setting.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house, garden, and outdoor amenities (swimming pool, terrace, pétanque court, children's playhouse).
The house is completely private, with no overlooking neighbors, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete tranquility.
Access is easy, and parking is available on-site. Arrival arrangements (key collection/self-check-in) will be explained before your arrival to ensure a smooth and stress-free check-in.

The house is located in a quiet residential area: it is ideal for stays with family or friends, provided they respect the neighbors.
The swimming pool is private and reserved exclusively for guests. Children remain the responsibility of adults.
A summer bar/kitchen is currently under construction to complement the outdoor amenities. This improvement will not affect the comfort of your stay and will be completed soon. A security deposit may be required before arrival, in accordance with the rental terms and conditions.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Parties and events are not allowed.
