'It was my birthday weekend & I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The location is super convenient and made getting around really easy. The hotel itself has a modern feel, and the room setup was clean, stylish, and comfortable. I especially loved the walk-in shower—it definitely added a nice touch. 'The evening front desk was very rude. I had called and questioned the person if they charged for dog's? She asked about what kind...and how large he was. After I informed her he was 5lbs...I got the okay and the online says they allowed dog's...it DOES NOT say SERVICE DOG'S ONLY... So the charge was more than the room but i had no other choice but to pay it ...it was already dark and the surrounding area was definitely not where I wanted to go searching for another room. 'The rooms need upgrading. The walls are dirty. The hot water doesn't get hot. The shower leaks. The carpet in the rooms are dirty. I just expected more. I am very big on CLEAN. This location just didn't meet the standards. The Baymeadows location I love.'

'our room was on the 4th floor next to the elevator. All night long we had to listen to the noisy elevator motor go up and down. the ice machine was right next to our room and the motor from it was just as loud as the elevator. never except a room right by the elevator its terrible.'

'I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. '
