The house is located on Rue du Général de Gaulle in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, in a quiet and pleasant residential area, ideal for a peaceful stay.

You'll find shops, supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants nearby, making your stay convenient. The area is appreciated for its peaceful atmosphere while remaining close to amenities.

Perfectly situated to combine relaxation and accessibility, the house allows you to enjoy a greener setting while remaining close to Paris.

The house benefits from easy access to public transportation:

Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois RER C station is approximately a 15-20 minute walk away.

Direct access to central Paris (Austerlitz, Invalides, etc.) takes about 30 minutes.

Bus lines are also nearby, providing quick access to the train station and surrounding areas.

For travelers with cars:

Quick access to major roads.
Free parking is available on-site and on the street.

📌 House Rules
The barbecue is at your disposal during your stay. We simply ask that you clean it after use. The cost of the fuel (charcoal) required for its operation is your responsibility.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please respect the following rules:

🐾 Pets are not allowed.

Check-out time: before 10:00 AM

Early arrivals or late departures are possible, subject to availability, with a supplement of €10 per hour.
