The living area, comprising a lounge and dining room, opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for sharing the pleasures of fine dining. Its elegant and warm atmosphere invites you to relax around the fireplace and enjoy moments of conviviality with family or friends.
The second, more intimate lounge is designed for relaxing in front of a film or with a book, but also, with its wine cellar, for sharing and tasting. It offers a breathtaking view of the indoor swimming pool located in the heart of the house, in a dedicated space that is heated throughout the year so that it can be enjoyed whatever the weather.
The villa's five spacious and comfortable suites each offer a private toilet and bathroom area and high-quality bedding.
One of them is located in a separate studio for added privacy.
The property forms an enclosed space, not overlooked, around a hundred-year-old olive tree. The large terrace allows you to make the most of the outdoors and the summer kitchen, for wonderful moments of conviviality in the sunshine of the Île de Ré.
