'Nothing special, but it does the trick. It should be priced lower. This is an honest opinion. We didn’t hate the place but the location is the best part. Also, a few things should be fixed the towel racks are broken in the bathroom. Also the handle in the shower is broken. The carpet is gross you need a new one and the biggest thing is the entrance to the building doesn’t actually lock and needs to be serviced. If you’re looking for a good review, maintain the property.'

'Large, sparsely furnished apartment with comfortable beds, grimy plates and mugs, washer and dryer in the bathroom, nice big bathtub, balcony and a fire escape and good view of the street below. Painted an ugly beige. Could be improved by a few colorful pillows and better art. Stairwell dirty. But solid, nice old building. Was a snafu with them not sending the door code until asked a second time, but then they sent it. Best deal for staying in the neighborhood we wanted to stay in.'
