Perfect location
The place is very clean and well maintained. Audrey is very nice and attentive to what we need. Sainte Maxime is the best location, close to shops, not crowded and the view is amazing.

Beautiful apartment right next to the beach and the best south of France experience!
The host was very accommodating and there was a seamless check-in/out process. Perfect place to stay with location right across the beach. Easy walks to the town for all activities. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable and have a great time. Would stay here again!

Great location will have no hesitation to go back Sophie was a good host apartment very clean with everything you need in an apartment. Only draw back for the older person was the 6 flights of stairs

Vacation in sainte maxime
The property is very well equipped and the owner has done an excellent job renovating the apartment. The beds are very comfortable. The location has the advantage that it is very close to the beach you just have to cross the street and it is close to the shops. There is a nice parking spot at walking distance where we could easily park our suv. It is situated at a very busy street so it takes a couple of days to get used to the traffic noise. Overall we had a fantastic vacation.

Very nice!
A 2 bed apartment in great location, walking distance to restaurants, beaches and shops. Comfortable beds, good air con. On 3rd floor with no lift would be about the only downside but it kept us fit (ish!)

The perfect place to enjoy the Gulf of St. Tropez
Wow! We are consistently impressed by the Home Away properties, but this was exceptional. Very spacious, modern, beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from the floor to ceiling windows. Air conditioned, handy to an incredible Provencal market (both a permanent indoor one and the weekly market) as well as excellent restaurants. Hosts are very fluently bilingual, and made everything about the check-in and stay easy. Very well equipped for cooking or entertaining, with lots of the extra kitchen items you don't think of until you're in the midst of cooking, then you realize the hosts have thought of everything. Large dining area and spectacular balcony. It is a walk-up of four flights of stairs, but worth it for the view. The parking associated with the property was challenging for me to park in with my size of vehicle, but I found street parking very easily and preferred that for our stay. There is a restaurant downstairs, a well equipped grocery and liquor store next to that, and a bakery at the end of the block. The beach is literally across the street, has great sand and is very calm and sheltered... no significant waves while we were there. Perfect for our children. Also handy to the ferry for exploring St. Tropez, though in the end we had a strong preference for the shops and markets of Ste. Maxime. Extremely highly recommended.

The best place to relax and visit the Golfe de St Tropez
The apartment is perfect in layout and design and really well thought through. We found everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed most the balcony: large enough for 4 (and even more people) to eat. And a spectacular view over the sea and to St Tropez on the other side of the Golfe. A fantastic beach (Plage de Centre Ville) is just on the other side of the street. Shops and Cafés/restos in walking distance. The Check-in/Check-out was very well and smoothly handled by Audrey. Everything was perfect, we strongly recommend it - and hope to come back ourselves.

Toller Kurzaufenthalt in Sainte Maxime
Wohnung ist sehr schön und zentral mit toller Aussicht auf Saint Tropez. Check in und out unproblematisch. Wir wurden von Audrey sehr freundlich empfangen. SMS Kontakt mit Sophie immer prompt. Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Einzig das Bad ist etwas klein. Toilette getrennt. Es hat uns rundum gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen.

uitstekende locatie, fijn appartement.
Mooi appartement, ruime kamers, goede uitgeruste keuken. Prima locatie in het centrum waardoor alles op korte loopafstand is. Recht tegenover een heerlijk (en rustig) strand. Enige minpunt was de continue geluidsoverlast van apparatuur op het dak van het tegenover het appartement gelegen casino. Verder geen minpunten te bedenken. :-)

Appartement très bien situé, très agréable, tout confort, conforme à l’annonce, Mme Favell est très disponible et cela est très agréable. L’appartement est juste parfait, idéal en famille avec la plage juste devant, centre ville accessible à pied: rien à dire juste parfait, encore merci.

Absolut fantastic!!!
The appartment is fantastic and amazing!!! It's very, very good equiped! Very modern and furnished with a very good taste and love! It's very clean and renovated. The view from the big balcony is absolutely a dream: you have a fantastic panoramic view over the whole gulf of St.Tropez and to the other coast side to the harbour of St.Tropez directly too. There are 3 supermarkets less than 10 minutes walk from the appartment!!! The parking is also great: only 2 minutes walk from the appartment and enough space for big cars. The parking is private and locked, so no one can enter who is not allowed. The appertment in the 3rd floor can only be reached by using the steps, so you should be in a good or very good health condition, but it's worth! :-) If you enter the appartment, the 1st thing you see is the panoramic view over the whole gulf of St.Tropez.

Tolle Wohnung in St. Maxime
Wir haben eine sehr saubere, geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattete und sehr moderne Wohnung vorgefunden. Der Blick auf den Golf von St Tropez war genial. Wir waren außerordentlich zufrieden und der Erholungswert war hoch. . Durch die Straße in der Innenstadt ist es natürlich etwas laut, aber man ist dafür zentral. Da es 60 Treppen bis in den 3 Stock sind, ist die Wohnung nicht für Menschen zu empfehlen die beim Gehen eingeschränkt sind.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub
Sehr schönes Appartement gegenüber des Stadtstrands von Sainte-Maxime mit schönem Ausblick über das Meer nach St. Tropez. Die Innenausstattung ist modern und neuwertig und beinhaltet alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Töpfe, Pfannen usw.). Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen :)

Très bel appartement et très pratique
Appartement très beau , c’est très agréable d’y séjourner . Rien ne manque . La literie est de qualité , plein de rangements , climatisation partout . La vue est très belle . Le balcon est très appréciable même si en pleine saison la rue dessous est assez bruyante , mais c’est cette localisation qui nous a permis d’être prêts de tous les commerces et de n’avoir qu’à traverser pour être les pieds dans le sable et la mer .

Très bon séjour dans un bel appartement
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé et très bien placé. Tout peut se faire à pied. Il y a même une place de parking, très pratique pour la voiture. La climatisation est aussi très appréciable. La plage est accessible directement, c'est très agréable.

En face de la plage, tout est accessible à pieds
L'appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos et à la description. Une place de parking est à disposition, dans un parc fermé. Dans les environs immédiats de l'appartement : café, superette, boulangerie. A relever toutefois pour les personnes sensibles au bruit : le balcon et l'une des chambres donnent sur une route assez fréquentée de jour comme de nuit. En résumé : belle location les pieds dans l'eau.

Praktische, geschmackvolle Wohnung am Strand und im Stadtzentrum
Wir haben in der Wohnung acht Tage Strandurlaub gemacht. Der kindergeeignete Stadtstrand ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Andere Strände sind mit dem Auto zehn Minuten entfernt, aber in der Hauptsaison kann es schwierig sein, dort einen Parkplatz und einen schönen Liegeplatz zu finden, insofern war der Stadtstrand unser Favorit. Unten im Haus ist auch ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein nettes Bistro (Rendez-Vouz), was ebenfalls sehr praktisch ist. Die Wohnung ist praktisch, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Highlight ist der Balkon mit Blick auf Jachthafen und Bucht von St Tropez. Die Straße ist natürlich recht laut, das ist der Preis der Innenstadtlage, aber wenn die Fenster zu sind, hört man nichts. Nett ist auch, dass das Doppelbett nicht so ein schmales französisches ist, sondern ein normal-breites, wie man es gewohnt ist. Hilfreich ist auch der reservierte Parkplatz um die Ecke der Wohnung.

Très beau apparemment, spacieux et décoré avec goût. La cuisine est bien équipée, les lits sont confortables et la vue sur la mer est magnifique.
