Welcome to our home.

Come and relax in the heart of the Périgord Noir in a small hamlet 10 minutes from the castle of Hautefort, 5 minutes from the caves of Tourtoirac and 30 minutes from Montignac and its Lascaux caves.
The property is close to several hiking trails.

Charming 18th century stone house on a plot of 3000m2 with a private unheated 10x5 swimming pool, covered in spring and uncovered in summer, as well as an outdoor kitchen.
Accommodation:
As soon as you enter, you will find a fully equipped kitchen as well as a laundry room with washing machine, a first bathroom with double sink WC and shower, a bedroom on the first floor with a double bed. On the other wing of the house, you will discover the dining room/living room with their two cantous.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms equipped with two double beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet
Travellers' access:
Access to the house is via a path bordered by a low wall and a hedge.
A place to park cars is at your disposal.
Being in a hamlet with a terraced house, respect for everyone is required.
