Geen enkele ziel in dit hotel. Hoe kan je een chateau zo slecht verbouwen en bijhouden.

Looks beautifull-Total rip-off
When you book a 4* hotel @200€/night i think i can expect at least a clean hotel. Spiderwebs, death fly’s,dust,...It was also really noisy, doors slamming,etcetc They also want to charge you extra for everything (f.e. If you want eggs for breakfast +5€, they have a whole list of EXTRA’s. The food in the resto is ok. The prices of their menu and wine list are the same or even higher than in a lot of Michelin * resto’s. Swimmingpool and outdoorspace next to the pool are outdated and dirty. Birdshit everywhere.

An immaculate hotel with a fine interior and gardens. The wine selection was overpriced hence the stay was more expensive than it could have been.

Overall great experience! We found that the reception staff was not as friendly or accommodating as they could have been. The breakfast buffet was very good. Our first night dinner was interesting, but the main course meat was overly fatty and uneatable. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Thank you

Absolutely loved this beautiful property. Wonderful staff, stunning grounds and the room was exceptionally well appointed. We travelled with our dog, who could run around in their enclosed garden. The food was also fantastic. We definitely plan to stay again!

A gem in the countryside
Third visit to this beautiful hotel. Each time gets better. Booked our usual de-luxe room and were upgraded to a wonderful junior suite! The food is dynamic and even a glass of champagne at breakfast if you so wish it which I did!!! 😁

Es un muy buen hotel, pero atendido por un personal bastante desorganizado. NO todos son así, pero al menos la recepcionista de la mañana y las mozas del restaurante dejan mucho que desear. Revisen MUY bien las cuentas que pagan y el detalle de pago al momento del checkout!!! Me quisieron cobrar los desayunos (que estaban incluidos en la tarifa) y el cocktail de bienvenida!!!! La recepcionista que me atendió, fue muy decepcionante.

Week-end en amoureux à l’occasion d’une anniversaire. Nous étions surclassés et avons bien profité de la piscine, tennis, jardin bien entretenu et surtout, de son restaurant. Nous y sommes dîné 2 fois et en gardons un souvenir très gourmand. Un bijoux au milieu de nulle part, personnel au petits soins, présent mais discret, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Luxurious, welcoming and friendly
Absolutely wonderful stay, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were luxurious and comfortable, exceeding expectations. Delightful secluded setting. Food was great - extraordinary menu with some spectacular touches. We loved the whole experience and will certainly return soon! Electric vehicle chargers a bonus!

Beautiful building , fairly remote ( but not a bad thing if you want some time away ) Bar / lounge area looked like someone had thrown an assortment of chairs / Sofas into the room , On the plus side the Evening meal and breakfast very good ! Our room felt a bit damp , and the carpet to to the upper floor had seen better Days ? This hotel is very good , but needs a bit of TLC around the edges !!

Beautiful châteaux on first impression.
Amazing first impressions on arriving at the Château. Looks very grand and stylish however the interior does not match. The interior design and decoration was certainly not to our taste this is a personal and objective opinion. Not quite sure who thought all the plastic statues, multicoloured lights and corridors decorated with purple, red and black were a good idea! Unfortunately our room had a bath tucked away under a very low sloping ceiling so it was impossible to stand up in it making standing possible and cleaning difficult. The style of the restaurant also doesn’t suit or match the chateau however it appears very popular. The meal was of course quite expensive as to be expected but relatively good value for the set menu. Service was very efficient and very friendly in the hotel and the restaurant. We had a huge amount of luggage and the receptionist organised the kitchen staff to help carry everything up two flights of stairs which was incredibly good service. We would not choose to stay there again simply because of the design choices but others may love it!

Oppulence!
A beautiful setting with lovely grounds, spa and excellent restaurant. We did not try out the spa but the pool was very good. A drink on the terrace in front of the property with the swallows circling above us just set the scene for a wonderful meal. We tried both one of the set menus and the à la carte - both of which were very good. The set menu is definitely better value for money The cheese-board was amazing! The service was good too.

Touch and go...
Quality of food was great as were some of the staff - one was a bit standoffish with me for some reason... Location is not great to explore - it's in the middle of the sticks and wi fi reception was virtually nil to very poor if you wanted to stay in touch. The rooms were nice though with a pleasant outdoor garden patio area. It was very peaceful. We got double charged on our check out for the 2 rooms we had even though they were prepaid - it took me an email and follow up call to sort. Not a great experience and no apology - would have expected a better service from an establishment like this.

Luxurious overnight stay on the way back to Calais
Luxurious overnight stay on the way back to Calais. The Château is amazing although possibly understaffed. Classic rooms don’t have a shower so the hotel kindly upgraded us to a superior room at no extra charge. The restaurant is first class however the staff don’t seem to be solver service trained. Expensive but good.

Relaxing Stay
It was a good relaxing stay. The room was clean and neat. Our main intention was to visit the Champagne region and have this as our base, but it was a bit of a drive and we wished we had stayed more closer to Champagne region. We felt the room service and other amenities were a bit over priced. Overall it was a good stay.

Nice hotel, good restaurant, poor service
A smart hotel, in an old chateau with a good restaurant but our stay was spoiled by many areas of poor service - waiting staff spilled drinks on us but did nothing about it, despite claims of a secure car park we were forced to park in open car park adjoining field and were charged 4 Euro for a drop of milk for a cup of tea! Could have been good but a disappointing stay.
