'Definitely not the best service i’ve received. No smile upon check in or whatsover. Room was nice, clean and modern. But the service was what really dissapoint me. Also a simple question at the front desk wether a few water bottles could be sent to my room was top difficult for them. First i got sent to the hotel restaurant, where they asked me to pay, then i went back to the front desk but they never delivered my request. Overall, mid experience from this hotel. It was just ok'
'The room is big enough but the bed is to hard, the cleaning of the room is very good. The breakfast choice is good and the staff is very friendly en helpfully. Free parking in the garage or outsite is oke.
Only the noises from outside is terrible every night you here people out from the bar or disco and they got to their cars and talking loud, we were on the 12th floor and we were every night awake of this. Also you hear the elevators and people coming into their rooms.

'I really don't have a bad word to say regarding the staff, they were all quite helpful and friendly. My low rating is related to the hotel itself, it's just so run down and is in desperate need of a remodel or refurbish. I was handed a fresh towel at the pool that was covered in bleach stains. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing, there was nothing on offer besides bread, cheese and fruits which was a let down.
