Wonderful spacious apartment, ideal for families/ water sports enthusiasts. Super fast Starlink WiFi connection. The apartment has a it's own rooftop terrace with direct access to the completely renewed shared rooftop pool. 7 sleeps total: 3 bedrooms, one of them is the mezzanine leading straight to the pool. Livingroom with openplan kitchen + access to a spacious balcony.

Location: right in the heart of the bustling city centre & 2 minutes to Santa Maria Beach, 24/7guarded/gated. Airco+WiFi included!

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has a double bed and 1 bedroom 2 singles, both have a access to a balcony with sliding doors. The third bedroom is the mezzanine, which has 1 double bed and 1 single. The mezzanine has access to the apartments roofterrace and the shared rooftop pool, which makes the apartment suitable for 7 persons in total + 2 child cot beds.
For everybody there will be two hand towels and a beach towel.

Transfer & host
First of all, we can arrange your transfer with our own driver, ILdo, who has the most beautiful smile on the island :) The airport transfer costs €20 one way for up to 5 people (€25 after 8:00 PM). Late check-in is no problem, as ILdo has your keys with him.

For the apartment a daily clean is possible.
Adrian your host can arrange this for you. He can also help you orgazing the island tours etc.

Supermarket/bakery just arround the corner

The best bakery is just 100 meters away or you can go for a nice breakfast to Giramondo, just around the corner. You will find a small supermarket just below the apartment. You are in the city centre so very close to all the nice restaurants and bars (ask for recommendations). Enjoy a cold beer at Calema and go for the best sushi to The Garden, go dancing at Buddy's. Santa Maria Beach is just a 2 minute walk and for wingfoil/ windsurf lessons you are a 5 minute walk away from the Angulo Beach Club. Here you can easily rent your surf/ kite/ sup gear.

What will you do? Take a dip in the blue sea, which has the same wonderful temperature all year round. Or will you take a free sun bed with a sundowner at the edge of the pool with the most amazing view of Santa Maria, read your book, go shopping, enjoy the nightlife, learn to wingfoil. In the morning you can take a walk to the pier for some fresh tuna or lobster. Or enjoy the huge variety of good restaurants that are all within walking distance of the pool house. Santa Maria's nightlife is spectacular with its many cafes, bars and clubs. There is music everywhere, people are dancing in the streets, the party never seems to stop.
