Sono tornata da qualche giorno e vorrei ripartire! Ho preferito prenotare con Expedia perché è stato molto più economico! L’ho fatto per telefono con un operatrice molto gentile e professionale che mi ha saputo consigliare per il meglio. Ho optato per la mezza pensione ed ho fatto bene! La colazione nei vari ristoranti e’ varia e abbondante. Ci sono 1000 cose dolci e salate. A pranzo mangiavo sulla spiaggia dove ci sono delle capanne che dalle 11.30 servivano patatine fritte, verdure, hamburger, delle pizzette ripiene di carne e formaggio, riso con beef hot dog,gelato, frutta ed altro. Per la cena invece andavo nei vari ristoranti del Fanar dove ho sempre mangiato bene! Le bibite nella 1/2 pensione non sono comprese. L’acqua si è anche il the! La camera delaxe è molto grande. Pulitissima! La struttura è curata e pulita! Il personale gentile e attento. Per il transfert mi sono affidata a loro . Ci hanno mandato un autista all’aeroporto alle 5 del mattino e alla partenza alle 3 sempre del mattino. Puntualissimi e professionali! Le spiagge sono 3. Ad ognuno la propria scelta! Ci sono bagni e spogliatoi sempre puliti. I teli mare sono compresi. La sera c’è sempre musica o spettacoli. Abbiamo fatto due escursioni nei dintorni prendendo un taxi dall’hotel! Ci siamo trovati bene. La gente è socievole e tranquilla! Quindi esperienza più che positiva! Ci tornerei!

Struttura con molti servizi, ristoranti a tema e posizione sul mare. Non manca nulla, piscina riscaldata e non, bar e ristoranti con chiringuito ovunque per piccoli snack di frutta o pane tipico. Unica pecca, rispetto a qualche anno fà, le biciclette a pagamento anche se il costo non è esagerato ai clienti con all inclusive dovrebbe essere compreso. Ottima scelta di cibo e qualità, sicuramente una vacanza piacevolissima … consiglio assolutamente!!!

Vi bodde här i sex dagar. Uppfattade hotellet som stort och till vissa delar slitet. Hela anläggningen med utomhusmiljöer var dock väldigt fin. Vårt rum som hade sovrum, vardagsrum och två balkonger varav en med jacuzzi hade ett utmärkt läge. Jacuzzin var dock en stor besvikelse, bör man fyller på vatten kommer det brunt och äckligt vatten, dessutom räckte inte varmvattnet till och temperaturen blev kanske 26 grader, vill gärna ha 33-35. Badrummet var stort men hade flera rostfläckar och flagnad färg. Nästsista dagen fick vi be om städning två gånger innan något hände. Dåligt läge eftersom städaren då ville ha dricks. Restaurangerna har enbart menyer och buffé o h vi saknade a la carte. Rekommenderar att man äter indiskt, pakistan elller libanesiskt. Undvik europeisk mat, smaklös och dyr. För övrigt var de flesta i personalen vänliga, men inga omanier utan gästarbetare. Träffade omanier utanför som alltid var väldigt vänliga och intresserade.

Cet hôtel est magnifique! La piscine est belle, vue sur la mer. Il y a une balançoire sur le sable, en face de la mer, c’est reposant et idyllique! Le petit déjeuner est très correct, le personnel est accueillant dans la grande majorité. A 16:00 il y a un monsieur à vélo qui nous appelle via une cloue pour nous proposer de la pizza gratuite, le concept est top! Nous pouvons aller à la plage de l’hôtel Rotana Resort ainsi que sa piscine gratuitement via les navettes de l’hôtel. La nourriture du room service est à revoir, j’ai commandé 4 fois et j’ai été déçue les 4 fois. Autrement c’était Paradisiaque. Bon séjour!

Poor value for money. The room is clean but the air conditioning is freezing throughout whole property, room was very far from main area/reception and one of the pools was closed. Housekeeping didnt come until 3pm and left the floor very wet and dangerously slippery. Only one restaurant open for dinner with no a la carte option, expensive buffet only. Better options out there for similar price, wouldn't stay again.

Le personnel de l’accueil était super sympa , mention spécial à Wissam . Pour L’hôtel vraiment très très beau , mais il est loin du centre c’est vacances farniente et dépaysement assurer je Le recommande . La bouffe déjeuner et dîner peut être améliorer . Le petit dej très bien et copieux . L’hôtel reste tout de même magnifique .

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 22.12.22 al 30.12.22. Struttura di alto livello, molto pulita, con personale cortese, presente e disponibile. Circa 20 minuti da Aeroporto. In taxi il costo è di 15 OMR (tariffa fissa). Ci sono molti ristoranti per mangiare con tante soluzioni per i diversi gusti. Colazione ottima, abbondante e varia. Ci sono 3 spiagge con servizio bagnino e assistenza spiaggia. Mare pulitissimo e spiaggia bianca incontaminata. Grande organizzazione per evento cena di gala per la vigilia di Natale. SPA di buon livello. Piccola nota negativa: troppe cornacchie in zona piscina-beach. Consigliatissimo.

Too much mosquitos
Too many mosquitos. Mosquitos bite even through clothes. They have to kill the whole moustique population in the city like in Turkish cities as Antalya. In that case mosquitos will not come back, or population of mosquitos will be low. People are obliged to go inside buildings because of mosquitos. Maybe you come for the good weather in the winter and to go outside here but they do nothing against mosquitos since own people do not live that much outside. Besides, own people cover their full body so there is no need for mosquito protection. You can wear what you want but you are obliged to cover your body to protect against mosquitos.

Parfait pour l'iron man
L'hôtel a servi de base au 1er Iron man à Salalah et l'organisation était parfaite. La localisation pour pouvoir suivre les athlètes était idéale et le fait que tout le monde soit au même endroit a rendu l'évènement très convivial. Les chambres étaient très correctes et propres avec un joli ciel étoilé (même si on aurait aimé une baignoire dans la salle de bain), le restaurant de buffet était très complet et la piscine extrêmement agréable

Overall, the property was beautiful and the options of multliple beaches were too good. Staff was very friendly. The pool was maintained well. The pool bar was the real highlight and the staff there was really good. We had issues with the room Air conditioning as it was not working well at night. Also, one of the pool was under maintenance. Dining in options could be improved.

Breakfast was very varied and everything was tasty. Room had a good view and was accessible for a range of restaurants and cafes. Common areas in the accommodation building were not regularly cleaned. The room was very damp and the damp smell permeated everything. Although Salalah in Khareef is humid, I expected that a 5 star hotel would be able to cope with those conditions better.

Pleasant!
The area around hotel and the open area of hotel was very beautiful. Breakfast was good. The reception was very kind and friendly and they cooperated a lot with me for the late checkout The only thing that could have been better was the cleanliness of Sofa and Chairs in the room, and according to the corona situation, it might have been better if there would be a hand sanitizer in the room and towels were being packed.
