For beach lovers, South Sands Beach is a stroll or short drive away, Golden sands and crystal clear waters are perfect for swimming, sunbathing or relaxing with your holiday novel. The sheltered waters are ideal for paddleboarding and kayaking, all available to hire from Bo's Beach cafe on the beach. Or hop onto the pretty ferry for a scenic trip into Salcombe town.

An en-suite shower room evokes the feeling of a pied a terre. This room has a TV with Sky and Apple TV and a sofa.

The house is also in walking distance to Salcombe town, with a stunning 20 minute walk along the coastline, passing through pretty North Sands en route.
