💠The house doesn't have a driveway but has plenty of free street parking available right outside the property and a free car park at the rear of the property.
💠The house is on a quiet residential street, therefore noise at all times and especially during the night time must be kept to a minimum please.
💠Please be careful with keys, as lost keys will incur a fee of £80.
💠No smoking, vaping, illegal substances or parties at the house.
💠Sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets.
💠We can provide a highchair on request at no extra cost, and if a travel cot is required this can also be provided also at an additional fee of £40. Please give us at least 48 hours notice for this.
