Sfeerloos hotel
Sfeerloos hotel, kamer was niets bijzonders. Personeel aan de receptie was niet echt behulpzaam. Er worden continue congressen gehouden. Dit zorgt voor veel overlast voor de gewone hotelgast. Personeel in de ontbijtzaal loopt hard voor congresleden en italianen. De gewone gast wordt genegeerd. Ook wordt je tafel al afgeruimd terwijl je koffie pakt om je ontbijt te gaan nuttigen. Al met al geen aanrader.

Old hotel needing urgent reforms.
Not a nice hotel. Old, 70s place needs refurbishments. Located on the sea but the roofterrace had closed off events when we were there so of no use. Quite a walk from the old city. Its not expensive but it's also not a very nice hotel

Het hotel ziet er van buiten uit als cruiseschip
Van binnen als een ziekenhuis. Erg groot maar schoon. Airco werkt niet zo goed. Ligging is prima, met klein prive strandje voor de deur. Dichtbij station en centrum en boot naar Amalfi (kust).

This hotel is walkable from the main station and also has parking. The staff were excellent and accommodating. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the ocean. The property has a wide range of breakfast options and is walkable from the city center. There was a school trip staying in the hotel during the same time, and they were very loud throughout the evening, night, and morning - including slamming doors and screaming in the hallways and breakfast room. The hotel is large and I would’ve preferred to have been given a room in a different area of the hotel, which may be outside of staff control.

Es un edificio ya muy viejo. Las instalaciones no están sucias pero todo el hotel tiene un aspecto ochentero. Incluso la ropa de cama y las toallas se ven ya muy viejas.

The previous reviews for the property were all pretty spot on. The property is fine, nothing more. It seems like it used to be a pretty great hotel pre-covid, but most of their amenities were no longer offered other than breakfast and a bar that opens at 17:00. Breakfast was average. The hotel’s website said there was a restaurant which made it seem like they serve dinner, but they don’t. Also, I’m not sure the air conditioning actually ever worked. The staff were kind and helpful, and the views from the room were excellent.

初めて利用させて頂きました。 チェックインの時雨が降っていたのですが、サレルノ駅から向かう際、入り口がどこか分からず少し迷いましたが、駅からは徒歩10分程度(スーツケース有り)と立地は申し分ありません。 朝食はごくごく最低限のものですが、会場までの通路が真っ暗なのは驚きました。 今回は冬の利用だったのですが、ホテルの目の前に海が広がるロケーションで、夏季の利用は素晴らしいのかもしれません。

Ottima posizione. Bella camera, spaziosa e pulita. Buona colazione,abbondante,tranne per il caffè,imbevibile. Non posso assegnare il punteggio massimo perchè tutta la notte siamo stati tormentati da un sibilo continuo che proveniva probabilmente dal sistema di areazione.

Overall, poor. The service was below average, the hotel staff were generally unhelpful and at times rude. The continental breakfast was subpar to say the least. The hotel is marketed as a “spa hotel” yet the spa has been closed for two years. Wouldn’t recommend. Only good thing about this hotel is that it’s by the water and walking distance from the main areas.

살레르노에 가면 항상 이용하는 호텔입니다. 살레르노에서 가장 규모가 큰 호텔이고 바로앞이 바다라서 아침일찍 일출과 함께 그물을 건져 고기를 잡는 어부들도 볼수 있습니다. 오래된 단점 외에는 저렴하고 좋은 호텔입니다.

The hotel is located in a great location. The rooms are large and clean. All areas are clean and tidy. Overall the hotel needs repairs done as it is looking tired. Although it advertises, a swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, restaurant, and rooftop terrace, none are available. These were the reasons I chose the hotel, so disappointed. The only bar in the reception, is open limited hours, late afternoon until 10.00pm. The staff are friendly and helpful, which make it a pleasant experience, but let down by lack of facilities.

Großes Hotel mit Vor- und Nachteilen
Großes Zimmer mit nettem Balkon. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Größter Nachteil des Hotels ist das fehlende WLAN in den Hotelzimmern. Leider gab es auf dem Balkon auch keinen Tisch, nur 2 Stühle.

Bad cleaning and equipments not working
Cleaning was very bad. Sheets were not changed everyday and dust found on the bed. TV is smart TV but netflix nor nothing was working. Aurcondition also bad working, can not go below 22 degrees. Mini fridge not working. Called them and asked them to fix it, but never got it fixed. We drank warm water our whole stay :(

No hem estat malament, habitacions correctes i netes, cap luxe, zones comunes molt àmplies i molt correctes. En general el tracte del personal molt adequat. L'esmorzar molt just per la categoria d'hotel que diuen ser. La nota negativa es que a l'anunci de la web i el que ens ha fet escollir aquest hotel és el fet que accepten mascotes i segons l'anunci, sense cap cost adicional. Però a nosaltres ens han cobrat 30€, per portar als nostres gossos i ens han dit que només podem estar una nit. El raonament és pq son gossos de talla mitjana i aixó comporta un suplement i estar una nit. La meva pregunta és; en que afecta la mida de gos que portis? L'habitació és la mateixa i els serveis els mateixos.

This hotel is in a great spot but is underwhelming. The air conditioner didn’t work properly, the wifi cut out often, the pool was empty (it was 33c in summer) and a frosty reception. But on saying that we’ve stayed in a lot worse and we’re grateful for the position and cleanliness

This hotel is underrated for some unknown reason , we stayed in the sea view rooms , amazing views , walkable distance to every location in Salerno , staff are nice , clean , room spacious , transportation. Very Convenient , I came here before 2027 and I hesitated to come back due to low score but I am glad I came back and I will keep coming back ,

We don’t usually book at a hotel of this type, but needed to at short notice for one night. We have stayed at other 3 star properties who delivered a better property and better service. One frustration was that the rooftop facility advertised, which I thought would be great for an easy dinner option, is not available unless it is for a function. Not sure if that was made clear in the booking details or not.

This is not what is advertised. Pool closed. Spa closed. €5 to use the fitness center!? Staff not friendly at all. NO A/C!! Hot and uncomfortable rooms. No bell man to assist with luggage. Would not recommend.
