Welcome to the Northwest of England. This 1 bedroom apartment is located between Salford and Prestwich just to the north of Manchester city centre and offers the chance for up to 3 guests to relax in comfort while away from home on business or for pleasure.

If you want to experience the creature comforts of home in a quiet residential area that’ll give you easy access to Manchester and Salford, here’s the place for you.

When you get here, you’re sure to be tempted to kick-off your shoes and relax on the armchair or sofa in the lounge. Both are awesomely comfortable and offer up a great view of the apartment’s flat screen 55-inch smart TV (Netflix Access included). So whoever gets the remote first gets to flick through the channels to see what’s on.

You’ll see the room has a dining table too, an ideal place for a sit-down meal, or somewhere to grab a quick snack. And if you’re in the Manchester area on business, the table could double as your temporary work desk while you’re here. Of course, the whole apartment is served by fast and free wi-fi, so keeping in touch with clients and/or the office is easy.

Adjacent to the dining table is your modern kitchen, complete with all the appliances you’ll need to enjoy self-catering independence during your stay. Store your favourite foods in the cupboards, fridge and freezer. And when hunger strikes you can cook your favourite dishes easily.

When you need to get ready to go out for the day (or the night) the bathroom gives you somewhere smart to freshen-up, either with a shower or a bath. And when you get back and it’s time to call it a day the bedroom awaits. The beds can be configured as a double or two singles, depending on your preference. Just let your host know ahead of your visit. Either way, the mattresses will offer up comfort aplenty for a great night’s sleep. If you have a baby, a cot can be supplied. Again, please just ask when you make your booking.

With free parking on the streets around the apartment, driving here is a good option. But even without a car, getting around is easy enough as there are frequent bus services. Plus you can call taxis or catch local train services.

This apartment is located in an attractive, tree-lined street in an area to the north of Manchester City centre. If you are looking to work in or explore or stay near friends or family in Salford, Manchester or any of the surrounding areas, then staying here is a good idea. As well as getting easy access to local shops and restaurants - there’s a Lidl, Sainsbury’s Local, Dominos and Pizza Hut just around the corner - you can also easily reach:

Manchester city centre - be near the business districts and all the shops, coffee shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues.

Manchester’s sporting venues - if you have tickets for events at the Etihad, or Old Trafford football and cricket grounds, stay here

Local hospitals - if you want to be near someone who’s having treatment at a Manchester hospital, staying here will put you within easy reach

Manchester Arena - enjoy easy access to the venue when you stay here

Salford BBC Centre - if you are visiting or working here, staying in this 1 bedroom apartment will cut down your journey time

Should you be working in or wanting to explore more of the Northwest of England, including Blackpool, Chester, Liverpool, even the Lake District, why not base yourself here? It sure beats booking a cramped and lifeless hotel room.
