'Wonderful Hot Springs resort! Guests can use hot Springs at any time during a day. The staff welcomed us with a New Year lottery, which was nice touch. Hopefully next time the waterfall will work. Also would be nice to have a fan on the villa patio. Overall, we had a great time! '

Planned to stay a week and I already extended my stay. If you’re looking for crowds and a party scene this place is not for you. Would definitely recommend to bring your own snacks and drinks as well as food if you are a picky eater or have dietary restrictions as the menu is very limited and there are only certain hours to order food. It is a bit out of the way so be prepared for that but if you want peace and quiet away from the crowds this is the place. Lovely beach practically private to walk...

"Superleuk hotel op een fijne lokatie nabij het centrum. Alles is gericht om je een prettig verblijf te bezorgen. Het personeel is ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam en je ziet dat zij er als team zin in hebben en gemotiveerd zijn om er iets moois van te maken. Een bijzondere ervaring en complimenten aan de eigenaar die zijn gezicht ook laat zien. "
"Locatie is geweldig, kamers gedateerd, donker en niet heel schoon. Maar voor slapen prima, wel harde bedden en te groot voor het gebruikte bedlinnen. De locatie heeft alles in de omgeving te vinden (winkels, restaurants, strand alles op loopafstand), voldoende gelegenheid om alles buiten het resort te doen en daar te genieten.
Het Deluxe Cottage zoals geboekt, is vrij standaard, gedateerd, donker en is slecht onderhouden. Halve dag zonder water gezeten (geen douche of Toilet), best vervelend als het regenseizoen is en dan is een deluxe cottage wel prettig om te verblijven (mits in orde). Housekeeping is niet consequent met schoonmaak, verversen bedlinnen (16 dagen zelfde vlekken in bedlinnen gehad, wel iedere keer opgemaakt) en handdoeken (werden dagelijks vervangen ook wanneer we aan hadden gegeven dat dat niet nodig is). Niet heel duurzaam. Fooi geven helpt niet. Koffie niet elke dag beschikbaar in onze kamer, service tja….. helaas geen VIP-acces waardig resort (niet meer). Wij boeken volgend jaar een ander resort in Ao Nang!"
"We werden goed ontvangen en personeel was heel vriendelijk. De infintity pool geeft een prachtig uitzicht ook. Hygiënisch was het in orde en de prijs die wij betaalden in mei was echt een koopje.
Enkele minpuntjes: het resort heeft met haar leeftijd wel al haar beste jaren achter zich. Zo deed ook de wifi het vaak niet en de prijs van het ontbijt (400 baht per persoon per ochtend) is wel echt enorm. Ter vergelijking, een hoofdgerecht op restaurant kost 200-300 baht. "

That said, everything else was excellent: the hotel was spotless, the pools were beautiful, and the food was great. Personally, we prefer smaller and more authentic and local accommodations, but objectively, this is a well-run hotel that has everything well organized."
"Bungalow was oké, regarding the price. The nature is stunning. If they clean the the garden, they just dump the plastic trash on the the ditches. We all got food poisoning from the restaurant. Check the restaurant reviews on Google, 17 food poisoning cases the last 3 months. I wish we have red that before. We went for breakfast and dinner next door.

"The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was beautiful and had great facilities (eg 24h gym, nice pool, nice garden). We stayed at a standard room and premium room and both were disappointing. Although both rooms were spacious and modern, they had several negatives. The standard room was located near the street and it seemed as if we were sleeping on the street/with all windows open. In both rooms you could hear the people in the hallways and rooms next door as if you were in the same room. The cleaning was also not as expected/seemed super rushed. The premium room was also very dark and had lowered ceilings due to which my partner (203cm) could not fully stand in the bathroom. On top of all this, we also wanted to arrange an early taxi via the hotel for to the harbour. The hotel could not assist us with this and we had to book the taxi via their partner touring agency and ended up paying 5x the average fee and the taxi was 15min late. Overall would not recommend this hotel."

"The family room was superb, very big and clean. The beds were very good. The location is unfortunately not at the beach, as the name would suggest, but it’s only a 2 minute walk until you’re at the beach. There is lots of restaurants on the main road or at the beach, and the restaurant at the resort itself is also very good, if not a bit pricier than standard restaurants. The pool is on the smaller side but due the rather bad weather, we were usually the only ones in so we didn’t find it a bother! The staff arranged a rental car and a trip for us without issue, so I wouldn’t think twice about using their services for this! "
