The Space



Welcome to our charming apartment with a swimming pool and air conditioning, located in a quiet area just outside the city! This lovely retreat is ideal for those seeking to escape the urban rush and unwind in a haven of comfort and serenity.



Upon entering, you’ll find a cozy hallway with a mirror and a practical console to leave your belongings.

The living room is bright and spacious, featuring a comfortable sofa and a TV to relax and enjoy your favorite shows. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature at all times. Next to the living area, there’s an elegant glass dining table — perfect for sharing meals.



From the living room, you can step onto your private balcony to enjoy the fresh breeze and panoramic views.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a Nespresso coffee machine.



The apartment offers three air-conditioned bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, ideal for families or friends. Each room is elegantly decorated and designed for rest and relaxation.



There are two full bathrooms — one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of sun and fun.

A small laundry area with a washing machine is also available.

Self Check-in: All our properties feature smart locks or key boxes for easy and secure access.



Access Instructions: Sent via email 24 hours before arrival.



Online Check-in: In compliance with Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021), all guests must register their details before arrival.



Standard schedule: Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request.



Security Deposit



A refundable deposit is required before your stay. It will be fully refunded within 24–72 hours after departure, provided no damage or incidents are found.
