heerlijk verblijf
Het huis was tiptop in orde en van alle gemakken voorzien. Patricia stond steeds klaar als we vragen hadden. Wij hebben een zeer aangename vakantie gehad. De locatie was erg rustig op wandelafstand (1 km) van het gezellige stadscentrum.

Comfort, privacy, peace
This is a comfortable house, with multiple bedrooms, ideal for a large group. We were just the 2 of us.The house and kitchen are fully equipped, the garden area and small pool are very pleasant and the towncenter is just a short walk. It is very private.The interior is a bit dated, and on the dark side - but that may be our personal view..It is clear it was once a house where the owner/family lived. I have never seen so many comic strips/bandes dessinees, they must be fans! This house seems to be one of a number of original villas, that are now bordered by a newer area with modern, but attractive flats. It sits a bit isolated and you have to pass the property of the neighbours house after opening an automatic driveway gate with a code - which is not a problem. Parking and leaving the lot is a bit tricky, we often parked on the nearby street/square. Overall a very good vacation rental, with responsive and pleasant hosts. Paul

Petit paradis
La maison est idéalement située, au cœur d'un îlot de verdure et toute proche (à pied ) du centre ville. Beaucoup de charme dans ce mas spacieux et très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la piscine : se baigner chaque matin pour bien débuter la journée est un luxe pour des citadines ! Situation parfaite pour parcourir les alentours, les Alpilles, et même Marseille où il ne faut surtout pas rater les expos du Mucem. En conclusion, de très belles vacances !

Beautiful large house with wonderful terrace. The house is very clean has a very well equipped kitchen and a wonderful terrace with a large desk to enjoy your meals and nice opportunities to relax. Patricia was very suportive. A small probelm we had was solved within one hour. THank you for that.

Schönes Objekt in zentraler Lage
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch liegt es sehr zentral, sodass man in kurzer Zeit die vielen Highlights der Provence besichtigen kann. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Avis global excellent. La maison correspond exactement à la description. La propriété est top. Point de vue extérieur : - Piscine de bonne taille. Attention pour les petits, elle fait 1,60 m de profondeur partout. Par contre, elle est sécurisée donc pas d'inquiétude. - Partie salon de jardin spacieuse et ombragée. - Partie table de repas sous une pergola de verdure très agréable. - Plancha à disposition. Point de vue intérieur : - Maison spacieuse et bien agencée. - En famille ou entre amis, toute le monde peut avoir son intimité car chaque chambre est équipée de sa salle d'eau et de son wc. - Climatisation dans chaque chambre. - Equipement de cuisine ultra complet. Je n'avais, jusqu'à maintenant, jamais trouvé une cuisine aussi bien fournie. Emplacement : - Maison isolée des buildings aux alentours. La présence des buildings et des routes proches peut faire peur, mais la maison est suffisamment isolée pour ne pas être gêné par le bruit. - Le quartier proche est calme - L'accès est sécurisé par deux portails. - Le centre historique de Salon est accessible à pied. - Plusieurs centres commerciaux sont proches. - De belles villes sont accessibles en une heure de route maximum ( Arles, Nîmes, Les baux de Provence, ...) et la plage est à une demi-heure environ. Accueil / Contact : - Nous avons été accueillis par Patricia, qui est d'une extrême gentillesse. Les explications sur l'utilisation de la maison sont claires et complètes. Elle reste également disponible pendant la durée du séjour. - Contacts par courriels très cordiaux avec la propriétaire qui répond très rapidement. En résumé, le seul critère pour lequel je ne mets pas cinq étoiles est l'emplacement, car ça fait moins "vacances" lorsqu'on est dans le quartier de la maison. Par contre, une fois passé le portail, on se retrouve dans un petit coin de paradis duquel on n'a même pas envie de bouger :). Pour tout le reste, je ne vois pas comment ne pas être conquis. Je recommande pour : - Les familles ou amis qui cherchent un point central pour des visites dans cette partie de la France. - Les personnes qui ne veulent pas bouger et recherchent du calme.

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen: Das Haus liegt zentral und doch sehr ruhig, in die Innenstadt sind es max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Also: Rundum zu empfehlen! LG Heidi und Axel

Urlaub mit der Familie
Ein wirklich schönes und sehr privates provencealisches Haus für eine größere Familie. Drei (fast vier) schöne Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem eigenen Bad lassen viele Möglichkeiten offen. Die einzige Einschränkung war Patrischa, die wirklich anstrengende und neugierige Haushälterin, die die eigentliche Vermieterin aber wohl nur zeitweise vertritt. Salon ist ein nettes kleines Städtchen, nicht so touristisch wie die Städte der Umgebung, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Superbe maison dans une ville très agréable
Le nombre de pièces à disposition (y compris sdb et clim individuelle) offrent des possibilités énormes pour se retirer, chacun a sa propre "bulle". La piscine privative est assez grande et l'aménagement extérieur est très bien réflechit aussi. Seul bémol, eclairage intérieur et extérieur un peu juste mais bon, on avait le soleil :-) Sinon, l'annonce corresppond bien à la réalité et Patricia, la dame qui s'occupe de la maison, connaît plein de bonnes adresses... Quelques mots sur les environs : voisins très agréables, ville étonnament et bien active, citoyens tous très aimables et courtois (pas du tout le cas partout ailleurs en Provence...), idéalement placé au milieu de pleins de points d'attractions. Bref, nous reviendrons :-) !

Schönes Haus zentral und sicher
Wir waren im Winter dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt. Hinter dem Haus ist der Kanal, der über einen kleinen Fussweg erreichbar ist. Wir waren mit dem Rad dort und haben die Nähe zum Naturpark Les Alpilles, Val de Cuech und dem Meer sehr geschätzt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, der Parkplatz am Haus und der schöne Innenhof mit Pool sind vor Lärm und Blicken perfekt geschützt. Catherine hat sich um alles professionell und nett gekümmert. Es war uns eine Freude! Herzlichen Dank.

Que de belles surprises
La région est réellement superbe et chaque sentier, chaque localité fut un appel à la découverte de ce magnifique endroit. La Provence est splendide à observer et regorge de ressources qui raviront les amateurs de ballades à pied, à vélo, en voiture,..... des monuments exceptionnels, des endroits bucoliques qu'ils soient naturels ou façonnés par la main de l'homme et je soulignerai, des restaurants sympas. Chaque lieu est différent et nous en sommes partis avec pleins de belles images dans les yeux et dans nos portables. Notre location fut, également, une agréable surprise, telle que sur les photos et vous n'aurez aucune mauvaise surprise en vous y rendant, il vous suffira, juste, profiter pleinement de tout ce qu'elle vous offre, sa propreté, son agencement, son calme et sa chaleur de vivre. Un merci tout particulier à Catherine Bossard pour son accueil chaleureux et ses bonnes... adresses.

Très belle propriété, au calme et à proximité du centre de Salon
La propriété est très agréable, notamment l’extérieur avec la piscine située à proximité du salon extérieur et de l’espace barbecue abrité sous un arbre et la table extérieure sous une large pergolas sur laquelle pousse une magnifique vigne. Nous mangions chaque jour sous des grappes de raisins ;-) La maison est bien équipée, avec des jeux et de nombreuses BD à disposition. La propriété est idéalement placée, au calme et à proximité du centre de salon de Provence (8 min à pied). Enfin, l’accueil par Catherine est parfait. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Perfektes Ferienhaus für Familien
Wir waren während unseres ersten Familienurlaubs mit Baby zu Gast bei Catherine und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Man hat alles was man braucht und darüber hinaus einen wirklich schönen Swimmingpool und einen großen Grill. Das Zentrum von Salon-de-Provence ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar und das Haus ist angenehm ruhig gelegen. Catherine hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns mit vielen nützlichen Informationen über Salon-de-Provence und Umgebung versorgt. Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder zurück.

Great Base for Day Trips
This property was a great home base for discovering the charms of Provence. The cottage is very comfortable and exudes the flavor of Provence both inside and out. Morning expresso in the courtyard was a great way to start the day. The village center was a 10 minute walk, and all of the other villages we visited were within a 45 minute drive. Catherine, our host, made sure we had everything we needed, and we were delighted to meet her and her friends, Stuart and Ruth, who met us upon our arrival. If you are considering a visit to the Luberon/Aix region of Provence, you would do well to stay at Catherine's cottage.

Das Haus ist funktionell eingerichtet, die Küche ist klein, beinhaltet aber alles Nötige. Der Pool ist sehr klein ( auf den Bildern nicht erkennbar) . Am meisten haben uns aber die Moskitos geplagt die Tag und Nacht in Aktion waren. Gemütliche Außenanlagen.

Stayed for a week with four generations of my family with ages ranging from 90 to 2 years old. The accommodation was perfect for all age having adaptations for the less mobile and safety features such as safety gates on the stairs and the swimming pool. Salon old town is lovely with lots of restaurants in the picturesque narrow streets. There is a choice of supermarkets, the nearest only 5 minutes drive away. We all wished we had booked a longer stay

Bezaubernde Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieterin
Wir hatten das Haus als vierköpfige Familie für eine Woche gebucht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Es war traumhaft! Unsere Vermieterin hat uns gleich nach der Anreise mit vielen Tipps und Informationen zu Ausflügen, Museen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. versorgt. Die Lage am Stadtrand ist gut: man ist schnell in der Stadt (auch zu Fuß: Salon hat Einiges zu bieten!) und auch schnell aus der Stadt raus, wenn man etwas unternehmen will. In der schattigen Essecke am Haus begann jeder Tag, und der Pool bot eine tolle Erfrischung, wenn wir von unseren Ausflügen zurückkamen. Auf die Klimaanlagen im Haus war Verlaß, wenn es zu warm war. Die Räume waren immer schön kühl. Selbst unser Mietwagen hatte ein Schattenplätzchen auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Merci Cathérine! Ebi

Très agréable à vivre
Maison très agréable à vivre , la piscine et la climatisation étaient les bienvenues quand il fait plus de 40 degrés, la cusine est totalement équipée et la literie confortable. Nous étions avec notre fils en fauteuil roulant et la chambre au rdc est parfaitement adaptée et aménagée . La maison est à 5/10 minutes à pied du centre ville . Bref, une excellente semaine de vacances avec alternance de visites ( Alpilles, Arles, Aix) et de repos dans la maison. Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire.

Wunderbar!
Ein friedliches kleines Paradies am Stadtrand von Salon-de-Provence. Die hübsche Innenstadt mit vielen Geschäften, schattigen Plätzen und vielen Restaurants zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist mit allem üppig ausgestattet ,sauber und gepflegt, der Pool ausreichend groß und sehr erfrischend. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns gut vorstellen, hier wieder Urlaub zu machen. Vielen Dank an die sehr freundliche Vermieterin,die uns mit wertvollen Tips und Vorschlägen zur Erkundung der interessanten Umgebung von Salon versorgt hat.

Alles bestens!
Wir haben im Juni einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub in Catherines Haus verbracht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist wie beschrieben und wir haben insbesondere den Pool und die Terrasse genossen. Schon vor der Anreise war Catherine per Mail stets erreichbar und hat alle Fragen sehr schnell und umfassend beantwortet. Bei der Ankunft hat sie uns das Haus gezeigt und uns nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben. In etwa 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum von Salon-de-Provence, wo es viele Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt. Das Auto haben wir nur für unsere Tagesausflüge benutzt. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Merci, Catherine.

Schönes Haus und schöner Urlaub
Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen mit sehr nettem Kontakt zu Catherine Bossard. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn wir wieder mit Freunden verreisen, würden wir wieder dort buchen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

History, art and nature beauty
We spent a wonderful week in Salon. The house was very nice, cosy, clean and provided us with a very charming atmosphere. We had everything we needed. Bedrooms are completely separate and comfortable. The kitchen and the living room allowed us to spend calm and relaxing evenings with a bottle of fine Provence rose. The garden is quiet and perfect for the coffee in the morning. Catherine was very helpful and kind. Salon is a very good starting point to explore Provence. One can find the extreme diversity from nature beauties (Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, Les Calanques, the red ochre sands of Roussillon), Roman history (Arl, Nimes, Orange), unforgettable French villages and small towns on the hills with castle ruins (Les Baux-de-Provence, Gordes, Lacoste etc.), art (the home of famous artists and contemporary approach - Carrières de Lumières is a must), tasty food and fine wines.

Excellent place! Highly recommended!
Catherine's house is absolutely as nice as shown on the pictures. It has a very nice atmosphere and is superbly equipped with everything one would need during a stay. The car can be parked on the property which is well secured and gives a good feeling for everything. The terrasse is super-nice and even though we made many trips we also liked to spend time just sitting there and enjoying the calmness of the place. Catherine was also extremely helpful and even bought us some food as we arrived a bit late! She explained everything in the house and then took a lot of time to point out things that we might find interesting. And we did follow many of her recommendations and found them to to great! Again: A great place and a great host! If you look for a stay in provence this is definitely a perfect place.
