Mooie vakantie. Eigenaar zijn er bij eventuele vragen en bieden ook de hulp. Aangename villa en zwembad. Alleen een airco is een gemis.

Het geld dubbel en dwars waard !
We zijn prettig ontvangen door de eigenaar, het huis was keurig schoon en opgemaakte bedjes. We konden direct in het heerlijke zwembad duiken. Eigenlijk hoefden we er niet op uit te trekken want alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne vakantie is bij het huis aanwezig! Een auto is wel een must! Het strand van la Pineda is ongeveer 5 min rijden, je kunt er voor €1,20 per uur, aan de boulevard, parkeren en het strand is zelfs in het hoogseizoen niet overvol.

Mooie locatie en heel net, schoon huis
Vlakbij het strand, van alle gemakken voorzien (behalve airco) en op een mooie locatie met prachtig uitzicht. 15 minuutjes lopen naar het strand (ook schoon en niet al te druk). Centrum is goed te bereiken met de taxi (+/- 10 min en €15) en auto. De erg aardige eigenaars (waar je totaal geen last van hebt) hebben aan het strand een cocktailbar. Erg gezellig! Al met al een hele goede vakantie gehad.

We stayed here for a week and it was the best holiday ever The owners are absolutely amazing and do anything to help nothing is a problem for them They even took us to the supermarket for shopping and bought are children a pool float Honestly I cannot recommend this Vila and the owners enough they are simply the best Get this villa booked you won’t be disappointed

A relaxing stay
We're just home from a very enjoyable stay at this villa and we all agree it was perfect. Firstly Angels was very easy to deal with, answered all our questions quickly and made checking in and out super easy. She lives above the villa so is on hand if needed but we didn't actually see her all week as she's extremely busy. The location was perfect, quiet and safe with lots of secure parking just outside and a few minutes drive into Salou centre and to all the parks. The villa is spotless and has everything you need including fans, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc.. 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms also. There is a living area also and the views at night from there are fabulous. The villa has it's own private pool, it's very safe and clean and where we spent alot of our time, plenty of shade and sun traps there in a nice mature garden only a few steps down from the main villa. We fully intend on refurning and would highly recommend booking. Thanks for a great stay. The kelly family.

We had a great week here (family, with two teenage kids). The place had everything we needed for our stay, well equipped and spotlessly clean, it has a great pool area and lovely gardens and great views. We did have a car and I'd recommend if staying here. The location is great for visiting the local area, a short drive to the beach at La Pineda (although you could walk here), Salou, Tarragona and the theme park at PortAventura. All in all an excellent stay, highly recommend. Thanks Steve

Haus mit eigenem Pool / Vermieter wohnt in der Etage darüber:-(
Schönes Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool. Im Inserat mit 300 m2 angegeben? Wohnung war jedoch nur ca 70m2 groß.... und nicht erkennbar das im Objekt 2 Wohnungen sind wobei die andere vom Vermieter bewohnt wird. Die Größenangaben sind wohl inkl. dem Außenbereich. Parkplatz vor dem Haus in einer ruhigen Lage. Auto empfehlenswert. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden..... desöfteren ist der Strom.wegen Überlastung ausgefallen. Ausstattung des Ferienhauses in Ordnung

La casa es muy bonita,decorada con buen gusto. Cocina muy bien equipada. Camas cómodas. La piscina un lujo. Lo malo la cantidad de mosquitos por la tarde y al no haber aire acondicionado se pasa muchisimo calor dentro de casa. Hubiera sido un detalle saber antes de alquilar que los dueños viven en la parte de arriba de la casa

Buenas vacaciones
La casa está fenomenal, los dueños viven en el piso de arriba pero no te enteras de que están. Y si necesitas cualquier cosa en seguida están, son muy agradables. La zona de la piscina es estupenda. A partir del mediodía da la sombra y se está muy agusto. La unica pega la cantidad de mosquitos que aparecen a la tarde y al no tener aire acondicionado tienes que abrir y entran. Por lo que a la noche al dormir nos picaron.

Una maravilla de lugar. La casa impecable, cómoda, práctica. y bonita. todo muy cuidado. La zona de la piscina también está muy cuidada, muy limpia, íntima y tranquila. Sombra por la tarde que es de agradecer. Los serivcios, suepermercados etcétera están a unos 15 minutos a pie y 5 en coche. La propietaria super amable. En resumen, todo perfecto, si quieres desconectar lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.

Único inconveniente que necesitas el coche para todo. Para comprar pan, ir a la playa o cualquier recado. Ojo con los mosquitos. Llevar repelente para el jardín.

Bonne location avec vue dégagée, la gérante/propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. elle vit au dessus. le logement est récent et décoré avec goût. la literie est moyenne surtout le canapé lit et nous avons eu de très mauvaises odeurs pendant 2 jours a cause des raffineries en contrebas ( ne gâche pas la vue ). le quartier en hauteur offre une super vue sur tarragone et la mer ( la Pineda ). on se rend en à la Pineda et sa plage en 20 minutes a pied et quelques minutes en voiture ainsi que Salou ou Tarragone. Port aventura et a quelques minutes également.

Lovely place to stay | Superb host | Good access to local areas (even without a car)
We had a wonderful time! The property is mostly surrounded by a lush garden offering a good amount of privacy, with a decent sized pool and several outdoor areas to relax in the sun or in the evening with a BBQ. We were within walking distance of La Pineda, or a short bus ride (or drive) to Salou if you want more options. The weather was a little erratic when we stayed, so when we couldn't enjoy a Piña colada by the pool we were able to enjoy other local attractions such as the fantastic Port Adventura theme park and water park, which was very easy and cheap to get to via bus. Finally, we couldn't ask more from a host. Angels was very friendly and welcoming, she made sure we had everything that we needed to make our stay as good as it could be. She even owns a few cats that popped up every once in a while, which, to our group at least, was a welcome addition to the holiday! 10/10, would sunbathe there again!

Stayed for 10 days in August. Weather great and so was the villa. Owner most helpful and communicated via what’s app and google translate! Villa is well situated and equipped in a quiet area. Make sure take some mosquito repellant as did get a few bites. Other than that a great holiday and great host who leaves you be but is available if any problem.

Nice little week away
On first arriving at Reus we were on an early flight, but check in is strictly 4 pm, so if you are going make sure to have a later flight, we were ok because rest of family were already there so we stayed with them until 4, we arrived at 11 a.m. in La Pineda, at 4pm we were greeted by Angelis, lovely Villa set on two levels stairs down to Villa and stairs down to pool, I am 66 and have back problems but I found no problem with stairs there is a handrail all the way down, the pool area is beautiful, beautiful garden, WIFI available, no air conditioning but lots of windows, there are two sofas in a lounge area which overlook a beautiful view at night when the lights are on it especially gagwus, there are bars on the windows so children would not be able to fall out. there are two bedrooms and the seating area with the two sofas I presume with the curtain pulled across is a third, it is not a bedroom it is availabilty for extra sleeping for 2, La Pineda is only 10 mins drive away, walking I would say would take about 25 mins, nice walk though, lots of nice resteraunts and beach is lovely, nice little seaside town, lots of amenities in the Villa, no kettle though, and the shower is only small my friend John is six foot and he found it quite difficult to turn in it, first night was extremely noisy but the rest of the week was nice and quiet, Angelis and her husband live on part of the property, not a lot of towels, bath towel and hand towel each, pool is up to my shoulders in depth an I am five foot,can do lengths swimming in it nicely, has a nice concrete covered area with table and chairs to shade under, and further up two steps is wicker chairs table and sofa with umbrella with a brick barbeque by it, plenty of sun loungers and chairs it is not a Villa as such but the two bottom levels of a large house, there is an abundance of flora along with kumquat trees and lemon trees all the way up the stairs and bouganvilla everywhere, nice tv but it is spanish, please dont let the stairs put you off like I say I am bad with my back but had no problem, it is just a tad difficult to carry the cases down, there are plenty of trays to carry food etc down to pool area, If you have children take plastic cups with you all drinking vessels are glass, we spent most of our time with the family in town, had them to us on two occasions and children loved the pool, the two sofas overlooking the sea in the distance was so relaxing after too much sun,came home refreshed.

Great holiday in a great place
Very nice house in a friendly and quiet area. The owner was really kind, cooperative and helpful. It was interesting that climate of the house was pleasant without air condition. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops are 5-10 minutes by car, therefore I recommend to rent one. All-in-all, we were absolutely satisfied, it's a great holiday destination.

Fantastic hosts, great location and wonderful accomodation
As a family of four the apartment was spot on. For the children they had the pool, important wi-fi and close proximity to beachesand theme parks. We loved it because of the warm and attentive hospitality, as well as the wonderful layout of the accomodation, including its privacy and beautiful garden. The location was ideal for visiting Salou and Tarragona and is only 15 minutes to the nearby airport of Reus. We have just arrived back and already missing it and our wonderful hosts.We feel totally refreshed. We would love to visit and stay again.

Idéalement située
La maison est idéalement située à 3km des plages ( prévoir 20 mn au minimum pour y aller à pied car très difficile de se garer en juillet et Août), 5 mn en voiture de Salou ( on ne peut pas s'y rendre à pied) et 10 mn de port aventura que l'on distingue de la rue ( là aussi la voiture est obligatoire). Nombreuses lignes de bus qui desservent les environs. Les propriétaires, qui vivent au premier étage de la maison, sont très disponibles et gentils. Tarragone et Cambril sont tout proche ce qui facilite les visites.
