Prachtige locatie
Het huis zelf en de inrichting is niet echt speciaal (we misten nog een zetel om samen te kunnen zitten) maar het uitzicht op de zee, en het zalige terras zijn niet te overtreffen. Ook een aangenaam contact met de huisbaas Jose Maria. Een aanrader , zelf in een minder warme periode.

Beautiful view and excellent location
One of the most beautiful views of any property where we spent our vacations. Beach is very close and never really crowded (in June). Water would warm up (and cool) very quickly because this is a relatively small cove. Communication was very good. Only concern is that property offered a very bare minimum of necessary items: only one towel/person, no sugar, oil, shampoo, matches, etc. - things we have kind of come to expect in a vacation rental. Of course, ti was fairly easy to find these products at the store close by and manage very well.

Hermosas vacaciones en un lugar de ensueño
En general, pasamos 10 días maravillosos aquí. La casa estaba muy limpia, pero los palos de olor en todas partes eran un poco demasiado. La cocina está razonablemente bien equipada, pero lamentablemente no hay una ensaladera grande y la cocina no siempre funciona bien. El wifi era muy pobre, hasta que en algún momento no funcionó en absoluto. La comunicación con José María fue muy buena y siempre trató de encontrar soluciones inmediatamente. La ubicación de la casa es única y la playa está justo al lado. Cap de Salou está muy bien situado y alejado del bullicio de la ciudad. Se puede llegar a todas partes fácil y rápidamente en taxi. Hay un supermercado cercano que está mal surtido y no tiene nada que ofrecer, especialmente para veganos y vegetarianos. La exposición de frutas y verduras era muy pobre. Es una pena que el año que viene sólo se pueda reservar la casa de sábado a sábado.

Kathrin me alegro mucho de que hayan pasado unas buenas vacaciones, tomo nota de los perfumes de olor hare que retiren alguno, la ensaladera hay una de vidrio pero pondremos otra mas grande, el wifi en esta zona a veces va un poco lento, por suerte el año que viene este problema ya estará solucionado porque ya han pasado la fibra por las calles y en breve la pasaran a las casas. Gracias por sus consejos tomamos nota para mejorar. Un cordial saludo.

Très bel emplacement
La vue est magnifique, et notre séjour bien qu'en novembre nous a permis d'en profiter car la terrasse est ensoleillée du matin au soir... calme assuré à cette époque de l'année. Le propriétaire est très réactif (problème de télécommande du portail du parking réglé dans la journée). Le débit wifi est un peu faible pour faire du télétravail.

Redouane Je suis vraiment désolé pour le wifi, c'est vrai que dans cette zone l'Internet qui nous parvient n'est pas aussi rapide que je le souhaiterais. Pour la saison à venir, nous nous sommes déjà informés et l'Internet existant sera annulé et un Reuter sans fil 4G sera installé avec des données illimitées qui iront plus vite au cas où ils en auraient besoin pour pouvoir travailler en ligne. Merci beaucoup pour tout.

Urlaub mit viel Frust!
Guten Tag, zuallererst widespreche ich auf das Entschiedenste, einen Waserschaden währen unseres Aufenthaltes (siehe Ihre Mail vom 09.11.2021) in besagtem Apparterment verursacht zu haben. Wir verliesen das Appartement in einem besseren Zustand, als wir Ihn vergefunden haben. Zu den Details: Schon die vor dem Urlaub geführten Mails...eine einzige Katastrophe: Wie von der Besitzerin uns per Mail(05.10.2021) mitgeteilt, sollten wir uns eine Woche vorher für die Details unserer Anreise melden......wurden von mit eine Woche vorher auch so getätigt...keine Antwort! Danach nochmals die Bitte per Mail, uns die entsprechenden Infos(Ansprechpatrner Telefonnummer vor Ort!) zukommen zu lassen, auch im Hinblick auf unsere ca. 18 stündige Anreise per PKW, mit nicht genau zu bezifferndem Anreisezeit...bis zu unserem Abreisetag (28.10.2021)KEINE Nachricht. Erst eine Stunde vor unserer Abreise ein Mail dass ein Video folgen würde...für was war uns nicht klar, wurde auch nicht vorher angesprochen. Ein Tag später, nach ca. 18 stündiger Anfahrt um 14 Uhr, stehen wir ca 4 Stunden vor verschlossenen Anlagentüren. Verschiedene Versuche, jemanden zu erreichen schlugen fehl!. Auch hatten wir, obwohl angefordert, bis zu diesm Zeitpunkt, keine Handy-Telefonnummer von der Besitzerin erhalten. Erst nach mehrmaligen Versuchen, telefonisch jemanden von FEWO- direkt zu erreichen, wurde uns sehr schnell die Handynummer der Besitzerin, sowie entsprechende Kontaktierung/Erledigung FEWO-seits zugesichert. Nachdem wir die Besitzerin per Telefon erreichten, bekamen wir per Whats Ap das Video mit allen Infos des Zugangs unserer gemieteten Wohnung übersendet......nach ca. 6 stündiger Watezeit....Keine Person war für die Einweisung, sowie Übergabe, persönlich anwesend!!! Jetzt zu den vorgefundenen Mängel: Auf den ersten Blick machte die gesamte Wohnung einen nicht sehr sauberen Eindruck( Flusseln und Haare auf dem Boden, eine Zigarettenkippe auf dem Bettlagen, in der Glaswand der Dusche ein Riss quer durch die gesamnte Wand!, Das Waschbecken in der Dusche läuft fast garnicht, nur sehr langsam, ab, Abfluss verstopft, Die Stoffauflagen der zwei Außen-Sitzlounges zerrissen und schimmelig...ekelig!, sowie die sechs Sitzauflagen der Außenbestuhlung mit Flecken überzogen, unsauberer Gesamteindruck auch der Terrasse. Der Boden-Holzwandsockel in Küchennähe aufgerissen und und zerschlissen, sowie der Laminatboden im Küchenbereich sehr wellig. Auch bei der Abreise war niemand anwesenMöbius

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Anlage. Alles ist sauber und zweckmäßig. Der Ausblick ist unglaublich. Man kann viel unternehmen, der Strand ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Alles bestens.

Due Wohnung hat eine traumhafte Lage mit unbegrenzten Meerblick. Wir haben jeden Tag auf der Terrasse gegessen, den Sonnenuntergang genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche und das Bad sind gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem . Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist hervorragend . Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. In der Anlage gibt es noch einen Pool, den wir immer nach unseren Ausflügen genutzt haben. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

La terraza y ubicación al ldo de la playa perfectas. Faltan algunos os detalles como más menaje si vas a comer en casa , más limpieza aunque no estaba sucio. El aire acondicionado de la habitación de dos camas no funcionaba bien. La playa es muy Bonita pero un poco sucia. Tiene duchas y baños.

El alojamiento se ajusta exactamente a la descripción del anuncio. Ya conocíamos la zona y desde luego la ubicación es inmejorable. Hemos estado muy agusto, la zona es muy tranquila y la casa tiene un buen mobiliario, buena iluminación y buenas camas, que esto lo considero muy importante, porque nos ha permitido descansar toda la semana de estancia. La barbacoa en la terraza le da un plus añadido a la casa y de toda la casa me quedo con esa espectacular terraza en primera línea de mar que ha contribuido a nuestro relax. Una buena atención en la llegada y buena disposición ante cualquier duda o problema. Sin duda muy recomendable y para repetir con total seguridad.

Un peu débiter a notre arrivé, car surpris par toutes ces marches pour accéder a la maison, avec les bagages, et idem pour repartir. Terrasse magnifique , conforme aux photos. Maison propre et agréable. Pas assez d’ampérages et ça disjoncte très vite .

Amazing views - wonderful stay
We have just returned from a week here and what you see is what you get. The views are amazing and the sun is on the terrace all day. The villa is set within a gated community, so quiet and secure, with direct access to the beach (there is a little clambering of rocks, but nothing too difficult). There is a small supermarket 100m up the road and 2 bars serving food all day in the same location - Cafe del Far was our favourite and we went most nights for drinks and sometimes a bite to eat. Jose was very accommodating; we had to leave early for the airport and he arrived at 7am on our departure day for us to hand the keys back. Nothing was too much trouble. We will certainly be back.

Could not fault the property and the views are spectacular. Special thanks to Jose. I had to text him first night to tell him that the kettle did not work and he responded by delivering a new one the next day.There are a lot of steps from the car park to the house so limited mobility could be a problem but this does not detract from the property. Overall if you are thinking of going to Spain do not hesitate to book this property.

Spectacular location, million dollar view!
We stayed with our children for the October 2018 holidays, the weather was great and we could enjoy the stunning terrace all day, every day. The photograph of the view really is what you get. The beach is literally a stones throw away which was fabulous for the kids. The accommodation was comfortable for a family of four. The entire complex is beautifully managed, the gardens, shared pool and sweet little pathways between the houses. We understand from the owner that he will be making some upgrades to the house which sounds exciting. We would very much recommend this property and really hope to return ourselves next year. Fantastique!!!
Nous avons découvert cette partie de Salou que nous ne connaissions pas!! Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette maison très confortable, bien équipée, très propre avec sa terrasse exceptionnelle d'où l'on pouvait admirer la mer sans modération! L'urbanisation est bien tenue, très propre et bien fleurie. Le parking est aisé dans l'urbanisation. Le propriétaire est très sympa. Il est évident que nous retenons l'adresse.

Nous avons passé une semaine à 5 dans cette maison idéalement située à Salou, au calme avec une vue époustouflante! La maison est fonctionnelle, à deux pas de la plage. La maison est très propre avec tout le confort qu’on a besoin pour une semaine. La piscine est très appréciable en rentrant de la plage. José Maria a su être à notre écoute. Sehr gepflegtes Haus in bester Lage
Das Haus liegt in einer Wohnungsanlage direkt am Meeresrand und hat einen direkten Zugang zum Weg der über einige Steine und Kanten zum Strand führt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und der Vermieter hat das Haus aufwendig saniert. Alle Räume waren bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber, der Gesamteindruck hervorragend. Bei der Beschreibung des Hauses sollte man berücksichtigen, dass unserer Meinung nach das Bewohnen mit 6 Personen nur bedingt möglich ist. Das aufgeführte zweite Bad ist eine sehr kleine Toilette mit einem unglaublich kleinen Handwaschbecken, jedoch nicht als Badezimmer anzusehen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und die Betten auch für Erwachsene eher nicht geignet. Für eine Familie mit Kindern oder als Paar, so wie wir, ist das Haus jedoch sehr empfehlenswert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Geschirr ist allerdings in der Menge sehr begrenzt vorhanden. Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in einem sehr schönen Haus verbracht und können dieses Objekt für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie nur empfehlen.

Paysage absolument magnifique !
Jolie maison sur deux étages, avec balcon et surtout superbe terrasse offrant une vue splendide sur la mer et une petite plage toute proche. J'ai fait le choix de profiter du calme de la période hors saison, et c'était juste magique ! Accueil chaleureux, disponibilité, tout était très bien. Je recommande vraiment cette destination pour vos vacances !

Do not know where to start. The apartment is just like the pictures. The terrace is the highlight, sun all day until evening, the area is calm. The view is brilliant, a couple of minutes down to the beach, the pool is often empty, parking is free in the enclosed area The only negative is the toilets are a bit small, you have to almost get back in order to seat, the owner of the house is wonderful there are no problems, they solve it so I thank Jose and his son for a nice week, would a recommend this house to friends and acquaintances, absolutely,

Location, location, location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house in such a peaceful location after a busy few days in Barcelona. The house is just as it appears in the pictures and the owner is super friendly and welcoming. Parking is freely available within the small gated complex which is well maintained. The pool area is simple and nice, never busy. The best part of this house is the location. The view is stunning at all times of day and you can swim and snorkel off the rocks within 10m of the house or the beach within 30m. The area is quiet with only a few small bars. We used the beach bar but were mostly happy to stock up at the large Esclat 10mins away and make the most of the BBQ and stunning terrace. There is also a local supermarket about 400m from the property which has all the basics. Despite the information the house does have air conditioning however I get the impression it has been abused by folk in the past and therefore a limit is set in terms of electricity usage before additional charges are applied. These additional charges are very low however. We used all the appliances daily, did a fair bit of cooking and used the air conditioning in moderation and were not charged anything extra. Don't let this out put you off. I think it's helpful to know there is the option of AC. There is a meter which lets you monitor use. Cleaning carries an additional charge of €50. You can do it yourself if you wish instead (I did). It's not a big house to clean however I realise this is not for everyone. It is a holiday. The property is well located for visiting Portaventura (approx 10-15 mins). The only reason I'm not giving the property 5 * is that it lacked a few basic things. I have let the owner know and he is keen to fix this for future guests ( nothing major BBQ tools, tea towels and the like) and I also would have preferred being able to play for the property by bank transfer or online. I would highly recommend a stay here. It really is a super house in an idyllic spot.

I am delighted to have hosted a family like you on my property, and have enjoyed so much of your vacation for me always makes me very happy. Thank you for taking care of the house so much and leaving everything so well. I thank you very much for being a person so correct and pleasant and to inform me of the lack of some kitchen equipment such as wine glasses that are broken, only two were left and the barbecue tongs, I want to inform you that they have already been replaced the same day Of your departure, it is very important for me that everything is correct so that the guests enjoy the maximum comforts in my property. To tell you that in this property I have guests who like it so much that they repeat every year, if ever again want to return, we will be delighted to see you again. I do not know if I mention it, but for the year that is well planned there will be renovations and will make the whole house inside new, will expand a room more and a large bathroom, you will see the reform in the photos for the year 2018 .
