Inside, guests find a comfortable and spacious layout designed for easy group stays. The home features one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds, and one extra-long twin bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. With three bathrooms—including both bathtub and shower options—mornings are simple and efficient for everyone. The home stays comfortable in every season with AC and heating, and includes thoughtful conveniences like an iron and hair dryer. Charging ports or stations are available in each bedroom as well as extra blankets or floor fans to make your stay perfectly comfortable.

The main living area offers a cozy fireplace that makes evenings relaxing after a full day exploring Utah’s mountains or nearby cities. Bright, open spaces throughout the home create a welcoming place to gather, unwind, and reset.

Please note that the basement level and garage are not included in the rental. The basement is a separate, fully private unit occupied by quiet long-term tenants. It has its own completely separate entrance, and there is no shared interior access between the units.

Parking is arranged as follows: guests have access to four designated stacked parking spaces. In addition, the parking spot located under the basketball hoop is reserved for the basement tenants.
