• There is a shared connecting door between the two units; however, please rest assured that it remains securely locked, and neither side has access to open it, ensuring privacy and separation between the spaces.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire basement apartment, including a separate entrance.



Parking is available in the left driveway behind the truck. Please do not block the street or park on the right side or across the street.



Entry is via the left-side gate and down the stairs (red door).
