I was extremely pleased with this Comfort Inn. The ones on the East Coast are not my first choice as they are not maintained to my standard. We just needed a night near the airport in Salt Lake City. The rains were excellent, so I took a chance and i was extremely vapor!

There was anyone at the desk. I had to go looking for someone every time. We had a pizza stolen my room 406. Not that is the hotels problem. When I came down to get the pizza from door dash the front desk worker said it had been eaten before I even opened my mouth to ask if it was left at the desk. Then lied that is was delivered hours before it was. Very unprofessional and makes you feel unsafe.

The lady who cooked breakfast was amazing. It was the best breakfast we have had at a hotel! The lady who checked us in was so friendly and kind. Even the folks cleaning the rooms were very friendly and courteous when we encountered them. Excellent stay and awesome employees!!!

The only complaint I have is the comfort of the bed. I suffer from a very bad back that required surgery. The bed is too hard for my condition. I sleep on a i comfort foam mattress that also has an adjustable bed frame. So, it would be nice if the chain properties could offer something similar for those of us with bad backs. Or at least a foam medium soft mattress.

Wasn’t able to make it due to weather conditions. I needed the hotel to mark us as cancelled (which we were) and they refused and kept us as a no show and now our travel insurance won’t cover the expenses. The girl we initially spoke with said it was possible to get a refund too but the manager refused. Won’t be booking this hotel again.

Always Love staying here. I travel to Salt Lake quite a bit from Nevada and this is where we stay always now. Super clean, gym and pool are nice, and the Continental breakfast is great too. Ana, one of the housekeepers is super nice and always so friendly while keeping up with her duties around the hotel.

My Utah branch is less than 1 1/2 mile from this property. It is very clean and convenient, and I suggest all of my team to consider this location when traveling to this branch.

The property itself was pretty nice. Quiet, almost serene with a good view of the mountains in the distance. It is a bit distant from shopping areas and other places to eat though, but it is alot closer to the airport as well, with pretty reliable shuttle transportation(as long as you notify them). The place was clean, didnt smell bad, and they had a good breakfast. The room I stayed in was a generous size, nice large bed with a nice bathroom to boot. Water was soft I think, which felt like you never really got anything off. Overall, for the amenities, room size, breakfast, and friendly staff, definitely a solid pick. Would recommend.

When we checked in front desk was pleasant in afternoon on Friday. However there were a few times we would walk past front desk late in evening and morning when their were guests waiting and no one to be found. Hotel is nice and new beds were very comfortable

The place is dirty, the sheets were torn, I called to report that the room on one side had the television at high volume and they answered! The bathroom is really dirty, everything is horrible! Page 170 dollars for this and it is the ugliest place. I can't even sleep because of the noise from the rooms next door and the noise from the air is super annoying! When we entered the room it had a horrible old and dirty smell

HORRIBLE. From start to finish. You’ll be better off sleeping at the airport or PLEASE find a different place. This place has horrible management, workers and they double charged me TWICE. Please be aware and ask a lot of questions each employee will tell you something different. Avoid this place by all cost. Also, the breakfast is something you could get during your hospital stay so don’t let that sway you in.

The hotel was nice but it took over an hour to be picked up at the airport but the shuttle and the first time I called they hung up on me. It was late and I was tired. Then they put me in a room right next to the ice machine. The ash tray was overflowing with cigarettes outside so I brought it to their attention, and they said they empty it at 3 am. The next morning it was not emptied. The guy was not very friendly. But the room was nice, and the rest of the staff was nice.
