This place literally freaked me out. I had my kids and luckily my husband because no chance I would have stayed there alone. Bums walking all around the parking lot. The guy who checked me in was behind a locked door. Came out to check me in and the 5 mins later walked through the parking lot to check out our car, maybe I’m not sure. I felt pretty sick about the hotel and area in general. Would not recommend!

The beds had a hole in the middle, the pillows are small cushions, the towels are child-sized. Breakfast only coffee, bread and waffles, there was no yogurt muffins. The hpusekeeping service did not come for two days to clean and the day they came they only changed the towels and trash. Terrible hotel!

1st room, refrigerator didn’t work, freezer had defrosted and no one cleaned up the water. Moved to another room, water had been turned off. Was provided a 1hour estimate of when the water would be back on, that estimate wasn’t realistic.

WORST HOTEL STAY and EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF
Stayed at this Quality Inn and it was TERRIBLE. TV doesn’t work. There are stains on the toilet seat and towels. Asked for fresh towels and the new towels were stained and dirty. The cups in the rooms were dirty and stained. The refrigerator doesn’t work. Unknowingly we put perishables in the fridge and all of our food was spoiled. Advertised fresh continental breakfast but all they had was sliced bread at 7:10 when breakfast is 6:30-9:30. Went to talk to the manager about the lack of service and she rudely walked away without giving any answers. Her rude assistant came out and started harassing my girlfriend and verbally assaulting us. He further went on to instigate violence threatening to beat us up and called us racial slurs. Gina the manager and her male assistant that refused to give us a name have no sense of respect for customers. They are extremely rude and unwilling to even listen to complaints. Whatever you do DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. EVEN IF THEY ARE OFFERING IT FOR FREE ITS NOT WORTH IT. Better Business Bureau should remove this business management.
