This townhouse is located between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons; home to the Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird, and Alta ski areas, to ensure you can be on the slopes in minutes! Take advantage of the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances to whip up all your favorite recipes, then break bread or break out the board games at the nearby dining table. Meet up in the comfortable living area with a warming gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and flatscreen TV for streaming all your favorite channels. An additional TV lounge can be found on the lower-level - a great space for the kids to call their own!

Outside, the furnished patio is where you'll find a private hot tub to help soothe those slope-weary muscles in winter as well as a gas grill and a table and chairs for summertime cookouts. And for sleeping options, Cottonwood Heaven offers four cozy bedrooms including a private room on the lower-level plus three additional rooms on the top-floor.

Ski shuttle details: There are several park n rides parking lots with city bus transportation to the ski slopes for a small fee.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
