Located in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains, Sandy is a vibrant and exciting destination. Our home is just a stones-throw away from Little Cottonwood Canyon which is home to Snowbird and Alta Ski Area, Dimple Dell Regional Park which is a hiker’s and cyclist’s paradise, as well as shopping malls and restaurants.

In addition to the unmatched location and spacious accommodations, we offer a range of amenities to enhance your stay. You'll have your own laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer for your convenience. Home includes 1 king bed, 3 queens, 3 twins, and a pack and play for your baby. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and more, allowing you the freedom to prepare meals at your leisure. Finally, parking can hold up to 4 cars, and the garage has ski/snowboard racks to store your equipment.

The home has a large fenced-in backyard with a wood-fired pizza oven, as well as a big deck and fire pit—great for families and groups!

Good place, uncomfortable reservation process
The place was good, and management reached out often during stay to make sure we were doing ok. The foosball table was in garage, which I did not expect from pictures. The showers were also not great. But otherwise it was a great place for a large group. The reservation process made me uncomfortable though. Having to share a picture of my ID and the names and ages of all of my friends staying at the house felt like overkill. The detailed rules on using the hot tub (shower before, water treatment after, etc.) also made it feel like the host would really prefer we not use it. Perhaps they've had bad guests in the past and feel they need to do this to cover their bases. But for a group that was always planning on taking good care of the place they were staying at, it was not as hospitable as I would have hoped.

Fun ski house
Great location for a group of teens and parents to explore some colleges and go skiing! Great proximity to ski resorts! We loved the hottub and pizza oven. Beds were comfy and the main living area and kitchen was bright and well stocked. Teens loved the downstairs pool table and large TV for Xbox and sports viewing. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place for our family Thanksgiving
This was a great house to enjoy our family Thanksgiving. In a great neighborhood, plenty of sleeping areas with comfortable beds, a well appointed to kitchen to make our dinner. We were able to bring our two dogs with the five of us. We had one small issue with water in the driveway and once reported, on a holiday weekend, we received an immediate response and offer to drain in short order. We also, experienced a good snow on Thanksgiving. There were snow shovels and ice melt provided but before we could shovel a service arrived and cleared for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Fall Break: Family Vacay in Salt Lake City
My husband and I brought my 2 teenagers for their Fall Break to SLC to see my sister and show them where I grew up, and this house was perfect for our stay. It was super clean, the hosts were very communicative and it was absolutely perfect for our family. When we weren’t exploring the city and mountains, we cooked, played games, watched movies and played pool.

Wonderful home for a family gathering
The home was beautiful, clean, great location and packed with the essentials. The foosball was a hit with the kids and adults.The problems or concerns we had were answered and resolved quickly. We highly recommend this property! We traveled in summer and plan on a family winter trip with this same property.

Fantastic gathering space with room for all!
We had a party of 9 adults who needed a large meeting space to gather for hours of discussions. The living room was spaciouse and comfortable. Comfey blankets and pillows made our long hours of busniess bearable. Not to mention the wifi. A well stocked kichen welcomed us with a full size coffee pot and a fully stocked coffee station. There was plenty of room for all of us. Thank you for providing a space for our community to plan our year!
