Urban Chic Industrial Loft

Industriële zolderruimte omgebouwd tot eigentijds leven. Centraal gelegen locatie met uitzicht op de stad. Dit is NIET het gemiddelde hotelverblijf, maar meer een urban-chique ervaring. Het gebouw is 125 jaar oud, bakstenen muren, 12 ft plafonds, 8 ft ramen. Chique inrichting / ontwerp, comfortabel wonen, op sommige manieren een beetje overdreven, maar dat maakt het tot een ervaring.

Dit is mijn privé-woonruimte, dus houd er rekening mee dat het iemands huis is!

De verf pelt aan het plafond, blootgestelde bakstenen muren zorgen voor stof en af ​​en toe tocht afhankelijk van het weer buiten. Het is warmer in de zomer, hoewel ik wel A / C voorzie om dingen tot in de jaren 70 af te koelen. Comfortabel tijdens de winter als de industriële verwarming de ruimte goed verwarmt. Beneden organiseert soms feesten. Het is slechts een deel van de stedelijke gemeenschap van het leven in de binnenstad.

Nogmaals, dit is niet je gebruikelijke hotel of huis, het is een meer stedelijke ervaring en bedoeld om uniek te zijn en een pauze van de gemiddelde huuraccommodatie. Ik verwacht niet dat het in lijn is met ieders smaak of voorkeuren voor accommodatie. Als u de 5-sterrenhotelervaring verkiest, staat het Grand America aan de overkant van de straat. Logeren bij mijn Loft heeft een andere aantrekkingskracht en past bij een meer acceptabele demografie die geïnteresseerd is in een meer artistieke, eclectische ervaring. Dat is wat u kunt verwachten. Genieten!

Prima pad in downtown SLC

Never stayed at a place quite like this before. So much personality yet without pretension. We stayed here as a larger group while in town for a music festival. Communication was prompt and easy, and the overall experience couldn't have been simpler. Lots of nice touches around the place. Nice location close to train lines and walkable bars and food spots. We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Everything we hoped it would be and more

We visited SLC to run the marathon this past weekend, and visited with our adult daughter and her boyfriend. We were looking for something fun and unique, and we hit the jackpot! It's exactly as advertised--urban; close to everything; and radiating art, style, and design. Just wandering throughout this property and taking everything in was very fun. The pictures for this listing give you a feel, but it was even better in person. Communication with the owner was easy and thorough- he was extremely responsive. We would absolutely recommend a stay here just for the unique experience!

Fantastically quirky and fun

In town for a weekend to attend a college graduation and saw this gem of a listing. Lots of space, creatively artistic touches everywhere, and just an enjoyable place to hang out. Fully stocked "take some, leave some" drinks between the bar and soda+candy-stocked fridge. Player piano for ambiance. My teenage girls loved the bedroom and loft setup and all the greenery around it. Master bedroom was a pleasant retreat. The outside temperature was over 100 but the 3 window A/C units kept the temperature tolerable even during the heat of the day, and nice and cool in the evenings and morning. Would most definitely (and want to) stay here again if I'm ever in town again.

Unique Experience

This is not just a place to stay, it is a fun and unique experience. Every room has a multitude of things to look at and appreciate. The host was very communicative throughout our stay and helped with any and all questions. After hearing about my stay here, I have already recommended this place to several friends upon their request! I look forward to staying there again!!

Spectacular, nothing basic about this loft!!

We have stayed in so many places that always seem to meet our basic needs in the most simplistic of ways.... This loft met way more than the basic need of a place to lay your head and a simple kitchen. The entire place was exceptional in all ways!! So quirky, fun and full of color! Upon our Christmas Eve arrival we were greeted with fresh baked cookies and the piano was playing Christmas music in a magical display of lights, color and sound! The first 45 minutes our group of six just wandered around in awe of all of the sights, decorations and flair in the owner has put into every inch of the space! The pool table was a hit with our adult children who spent several hours during our time there laughing and bonding around it. Fantastic movie setup if desired, we only squeezed in one film, but being The Goonies was found in the collection, it was a must watch!! Very large table in the middle of everything the loft had to offer provided us hours of family chatting, card and board playing and laughter of just being around it together. The kitchen was very well supplied and everything was well placed and easily accessible. Our host had stocked the massive refrigerator with sodas water and candy for our enjoyment! Along with any condiments or other items I think anyone could ever need!! This was really appreciated as our rental car reservation was botched by the company and we arrived later than hoped. Being Christmas Eve there were not many options for shopping!! I love that the host checked in with us immediately after booking, asking if there was anything he could do to ensure a great stay, he remained in touch and answered any texts we sent with questions or blunders, on our part, with the utmost pleasantness and professionalism! We walked to various locations around the downtown area as the loft was very well located and we always felt safe and secure! Being guests over the weekend of a holiday season the venue downstairs did host parties which we heard. For us, the music was fun and provided a party like environment for us as well. Both events ended quite early and did not cause disruption into any sleeping time! I agree, wholeheartedly, that that experience was just as it was listed in the hosts description as being a wonderful addition to the downtown loft experience!! We enjoyed browsing the vintage thrift store downstairs as well! Highly recommend this loft, could not review it any higher!! Just awesome! The Ealand Family will be back!!

Fabulous Loft

The owner of this property does everything to perfection to make sure your stay is a great experience. The Pool Table room is so nice to relax with the reclining leather sectional and big screen TV. It is like a theater room. Kitchen is great ! Cooked a lot of meals and had everything I needed to prepare the meals . Jay stocked the fridge with waters , sodas, snacks etc.. all complementary Great location , fun artsy loft! I highly recommend this VRBO!
