  • Dit ruime en schone appartement is de perfecte plek om te ontspannen, of u nu in Salt Lake bent voor buitenplezier, een familie-evenement of een werkuitje. Enkele voordelen zijn nieuwe zachte bedden, 50 "flatscreen-tv, xfinity-kabel, blu ray dvd, wi-fi, grote open keuken met kookbenodigdheden, nieuwe vaatwasser, uw eigen wasmachine en droger, en een Keurig-machine met bodemloze koffie en warme chocolademelk! We zijn klaar om met u de lokale geheimen van het Wasatch Front te delen.

    Tijdens uw verblijf heeft u meer dan 1000 vierkante meter om te spreiden en te ontspannen. Onze 4800 m² huis werd gebouwd in 1992 en werd op maat gebouwd om een apart appartement te hebben. Het is niet zoals een kelder appartement dat je ooit hebt gezien. Het heeft 8 voet plafonds, full-size ramen, geweldige verlichting, grote kasten en ruime kamers.

    Laat de kinderen op de schommels en de trampoline spelen. We hebben een terras met een barbecue voor het grillen en een vuurplaats voor het roosteren van marshmallows recht voor uw deur. Er is een aparte parkeerplaats voor 2 auto's.

    Ons huis is gelegen in Holladay, een kleine buitenwijk aan de oostelijke oever van Salt Lake City. Onze buurt wordt wakker met een fantastisch uitzicht op de zon die over de Olympus-berg komt. De stad Holladay heeft een onlangs herbouwd schilderachtig dorpscentrum met restaurants, boetiekjes en een gloednieuw park. Binnen 10-15 minuten bent u in de grote stadscentra om te genieten van winkelcentra, bioscopen en restaurants.

Close to everything SLC

It was large enough for our group and very comfortable. We got in late and everyone had a place to sleep. We got up early and left. It would get a good place to hang out longer. The kitchen was roomy and stocked well with whatever needed to make a quick breakfast. There was nice hot water fur showers.

Kids Loved the Treehouse

An off-street parking spot, leads to a private entrance. There is a shaded yard to relax in, an air conditioned treehouse for the kids to have some privacy; and the home is quiet, well-equipped and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant as well. This was a great stay.

Exceptional Stay – Perfect for Families!We had such a wonderful time staying at David and Margee’s property! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up. Great Family Stay

This is a great property in a nice area! It is close in vicinity to many attractions and activities. We appreciated the “extras” included like cooking spices, ziplock bags, tinfoil, laundry detergent, etc. Our kids loved the tree house and beautiful yard to play in. The only thing that would have made the stay more comfortable is air conditioning in the basement unit. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

This place felt like home

Our family kept referring to this apartment as home while we were on vacation in Salt Lake City because it was as convenient as being at home but with 1 bathroom. The beds were comfortable, the closets were spacious, the sofas were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked. Not only did the kitchen have very handy supplies like flour, sugar, butter, spices, oil, coffee, and hot chocolate, but it had a large variety of nice pans, nice dishes, nice flat wear, nice knives, and many kitchen gadgets. They even had saran wrap and ziplock bags!! The kitchen had just about everything you'd have in your own kitchen. Our family also enjoyed the variety of board games, TV channels, DVDs, and good books available for us to use/read along with the wifi. We chose this rental for these nice amenities, and will definitely return here if we visit Salt Lake City again. The owners also have put together a thorough list of surrounding stores, restaurants, activities, and attractions with recommendations for each category to make everything easy.

would book again, but there are some things i could do without. (rest of review and pics are below)

i’d give it an overall 6/10, could have been at least 5 if the place was a bit more clean like it said it’d be. on the surface level it looks clean but one of the room fans (living room) was slightly breaking from the ceiling, and there was a pretty big centipede that’s been dead for weeks behind the nightstand of the first bedroom (unknown exactly how long but it’s definitely been dead since before we arrived here, also saw a few silverfish and live centipedes), and the whole place smells stale. i’m guessing that is due to smoke remover spray, or maybe lack of maintenance.. but given that each bed and pillow smells like old dusty air, the shower curtains are yellowed on the bottom, and that most dishes were foggy, that is my guess. surface areas are generally clean, and there are utensils/dishes to cook with but they are not the best quality. they do also have a washer and dryer, as well as an iron, but when iron was used it smelled like burning dust. the auto lock on the door is also tricky, it will sometimes lock while on the way out, which makes it so we end up having to unlock again before exiting. there was also an issue with a flickering light/ possible power issue, in the first bedroom across from the bathroom; it flicked on and off 5 separate times within a span of a few hours then continued to do so for the entirety of our stay.the treehouse window looked and smelled like the window had just been sitting open for a while, it also has a step on the inside where…

This property fulfilled all of our needs when we wanted to stay close to Salt Lake for a late event. The place was in good repair and clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable there. We had quiet a large group but we all had enough room to sleep just fine!

Clean, Comfortable and Easy Access to Ski Resorts

This basement apartment is super clean, comfortable and fully stocked so if you're planning to save money on food the cookware is top notch! There are all sorts of restaurants, grocery stores and is a quick 10 min drive to the UTA ski bus with access to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. We had a small furnace issue which was promptly resolved with in the hour which was great! There is also some noticeable foot traffic from the home above which the owner is looking into resolve. Other than that it was a great place to stay while we skied the best powder on earth!!!
