The Space:

The Coach House, Apartment 1 is a stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom property nestled on Saltburn’s Marine Parade. Located in Saltburn House, it features contemporary interiors complemented by high ceilings and windows aplenty that allow lots of natural light to flood into the space. With an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, the apartment offers all the comforts of home while you're away.



Featuring a contemporary design with green hues, the interiors are complemented by wooden flooring and elegant furniture. The living space is bright and airy with large windows offering views of the neighbourhood. A large Smart TV is provided in the living area for streaming your favourite shows and apps.



The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. The dining area, perfectly situated within the open-plan layout, makes sharing meals with family or friends effortless.



The master bedroom boasts a double bed and hanging space for storage, along with an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower, WC, and wash basin. This bedroom is equipped with its own wall-mounted Smart TVs for entertainment at any time of day.



The second bedroom includes twin single beds ensuring ample space for all guests. The ensuite located in this room is sparkling clean with crisp white walls. Like in the master bedroom, it features a WC, washbasin, and a rain shower.
