'A lovely property, just as described with a great location, minutes from the beach, walks over the beautiful cliffs and the town, which has plenty of choice for places to eat. The property owner was instantly available by mobile phone, checking all was well and leaving ice cream in the freezer for us and fresh flowers. Certainly going the extra mile.'

'We have been staying for a week with three adults and two children of 3 and 6 years. The house is located in a small cul de sac, so there is only minimal traffic. The beach and sea are only a short walk of about 2 minutes away; bus stops, restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. 'We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great — peaceful, yet close to everything (busstop 2 minutes away). What made our stay even better was the owner: incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help if we had any questions. You can really tell they care about their guests. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!There is a balcony which you can see at the photos....

'Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable. Generally a cold place but quickly heats with the radiator on. If you’re a light sleeper you will probably want ear plugs and maybe even an eye mask as...

'Super little property that lacked for nothing . View was gorgeous over the duck pond . Near to Glyndbourn purpose of our visit . The granary barn was well equipped , clean even a sweet seating outside area , heated towel rail ,but very spacious . No hesitation in recommending and returning .'
