'Lovely apartment in a really good position, only a 5 min walk to the river and 10 mins from the shambles, when we arrived at the apartment there was a welcome pack waiting for us which was nice of , the apartment had everything you need, nice lounge, really comfortable bed, nice bathroom, just cannot fault anything, would highly recommend. 'needed a well needed rest after a busy year.After a long search of hotels around york we found this beautiful cottage just outside york,and needless to say it was just what we needed.lovely cottaged estate.we booked the 3 bedroomed cottage,fairview i think it was called.beautiful inside and out.no expense spared on the inside,very relaxing.we are already thinking about booking next year.would highly recommend.'

'I’ve stayed here a few times and it is always good value for money and easy to use, the communication with the host is good and the different choice of rooms is good. Free parking is available overnight a few minutes walk away after 6pm. Place is always clean and quiet.'

'Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, Wohnung sehr neuwertig und gemütlich. Außerdem sehr sauber. Schönes Bad mit Dusche und kleine aber feine Küche. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, mit 5 Personen. Für längere Aufenthalte würden wir die Wohnung allerdings nur für 3 Personen empfehlen, da man nur 3 Stühle und einen nicht all zu großen Tisch hat.'
