The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to ensure a pleasant and convenient stay.

The kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, water purifier, electric coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, two-burner electric cooktop, and a set of lidded pans, providing practicality for meal preparation.

The bedroom includes air conditioning, a 43-inch Smart TV, an ironing board with an electric iron, and blackout curtains, ensuring comfort and a cozy atmosphere for rest.

The bathroom offers an electric shower and a hairdryer, completing the apartment’s functional and comfortable structure.

During the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and therefore not available to guests. This is due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

For leisure moments, our condominium offers a modern gym, a refreshing communal pool, a sauna, and a laundry room. In addition, for those who need to stay productive during their stay, we provide a coworking space. Please note that some of these amenities require advance booking and their use is subject to an additional condominium fee.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment, but it may also be closed on other days for maintenance by the condominium management.
